If you are referring to me, I didn't search it via Google. The 007 hint did it for me, in combination with the question about the Cost Guard.

Switzerland? Definitely one hour offset against home time.

    Not Switzerland.

There is a +2hr difference to current UK time in this location.

(Forget the GMT time setting, I never bother with that as I rarely wear my glasses).

Well the OP asked for pictures of watches with something iconic. Most aren't.

    1. Correct. Any idea of the occasion?

    2. Still open for guesses.

    3. Correct

Here is a watch, showing 89.6F at the time.

Well England didn't play in Munich during the whole tournament, so my guess would be the match they would have played in Munich if they hadn't lost against Portugal: Portugal against France (coincidently I was actually in the stadium in Munich watching that match).

Well actually it was the England v Ecuador match in the last 16. The clue was an Ecuador shirt in the background.

I too was based in Munich, watching the games at the Allianz Arena. We had Sky Box 1.

We watched the England game at the Fan Fest at the Olympic park, though.

    Guess where

No Angela Merkels were hurt during the taking of these photos however I believe you have correctly guessed that it’s Templin.

This building does actually contain a Schloßhotel - it's not where we're staying so I can't comment on standard of customer service. Given that we're in the former-GDR nothing would surprise me, however.

It's a tricky one but I am sure some members have been to this location in London recently to gawp at watches in the windows.

No treats for the beagles or the beadles (nor did I dare whistle) but I did bring some home for the family. I am not allowed to go near the arcade without returning home with some of the comestibles from here:

Right, time to make it harder. I did leave a couple of details in the last one so all have been cropped out. There are a couple of members who may know as they take an interest in such matters.
