Quick resurrection of the thread now the worse weather/darker nights are descending.

Did no rowing through the summer, but back into it a bit now over the last few weeks. Working on short duration and intervals at the moment with a view to nicking the only other record I don't have which is open to someone with no aerobic capacity.

Also been experimenting with rowing without straps, which was easier than I expected.

Anyone else getting back into it or carried on through the summer?
