That’s crazy! Where was security and I would imagine that seeing a few mopeds entering a shopping centre on cctv, you would call the police right away
Shopping centres like that have their own security guards, where were they? The guy in the control room zooming the video would have got on the radio to the other security guys.
That was my old store in Brent Cross, not Merry Hill. Happened several years ago. Not a lot security could do given how quick and sudden it was. Thankfully, no one was hurt, although they did take a great deal of stock
