I tend to wear my watch 24/7 only when on holiday, as I don't have my luminous clock to check the time at night.

no and I've gone days without one when I have been feeling ill lately.

I take my watches on and of all day, mostly driving myself crazy.

Usually, no but since I got the JLC DSC I pretty much never take it off, I wear it 24/7.
