    Seagull1963 + Vintage NOS Military Strap =

Earlier in the week I managed to pick up a Seagull 1963 from one of our wonderful members on SC, while that was winging its way to me I noticed that Rev-O had found some more vintage NOS Military Straps, so I sent him a PM and he sent one out to me.

When I seen the straps Rev-O had found, I thought it would be a perfect match for the Seagull, the watch arrived yesterday, and the strap arrived this morning, I am very happy with the result. The strap seems to authenticate the watch in my view, I love it.

just iPhone pics for now, and I will supply a wristshot later,

That's a good combination. I have something similar with my white faced sekonda chrono. There is a nice 'earthyness' with the canvas.

Does look a winning combination, but why do you need a spring bar tool - aren't the Padre's straps pull through?

That looks really good, fills in the slightly too large gap that you would get with a two part strap.....

yes they are, but it came on a leather strap I had to remove.

I did notice that, the lugs seem to be a little long for the size of case, although it makes a NATO or that type of strap easier to wear, so all good

Really like the look of that very rustic, when I put mine on a Nato the strap just looks too perfect, so thought about putting it on a distressed leather cuff strap but have yet to find the right one.
