Love the U series Sinn watches, on my wish list for the future.
I like the black and white combo on the U1-W Smoz!

Many great looking watches from Sinn, hadn't seen many before. My list just got a bit longer... :-D
Only one Sinn at home .
A little Sinn 856 UTC.
Perfect size for me : 40mm
Reliable and sturdy toolish watch : 20 atm WR ; Sapphire ; antimagnet and tegimented case
A touch of fantasy on the dial with this yellow hand...
Really like it...
And nice opportunity to play with straps :
(original & comfty steele strap )
( nato...)
(jankoxxx leather strap )
( composite strap )
Really,really like my 856 UTC,
laurent
I've been into Sinn watches for two years now, but still haven't had the opportunity to pull the trigger on, or even try one. Both the U1 and U2 were on my wish list for quite some time, but I decided that they were a bit too tool-y for a daily beater, and went for an Omega PO XL. I do kind of wish that I'd gone for a Sinn, just because they're a bit more special and interesting than the Omega. Now, however, I'm head over heals about the 103 Klassik and 103 SA, but I honestly don't see it happening any time soon, unfortunately.
Had my first Sinn for just a few weeks now but I'm impressed by the really solid (!) build.
Love the matte grey finish too. :)
Really like the U1 as well...
hi guys
I have only heard about Sinn from this forum.
Although im really starting to like the look of their watches, what is the actual reason that they are so good?
is it there price/sturdyness/movement etc??
If you want to buy new, Neil at Chronomaster is your best bet - excellent service, highly recommend him as will many others on here!

I want one of these... (the smaller one, on a bracelet)
All of the above I would say. Based on my personal experience, they're some of the best watches for the money. I also love the look, the quality of the workmanship and the nice people in Frankfurt that run the place. I have six now. My favorite is the Flieger 356.
Cheers!
I had two Sinn U1 - lovely watch, especially the lego-shaped hands
I really like the Sinn Military II, but very hard to find

Can someone please tell me what quartz models does Sinn currently makes?
Two of my favourite watches - an LE EZM1 worn daily and an early 156 without the 24hr register:
For quartz Sinn you basically have the UX variations; UX, UX GSG9, UX S, UX GSG9 S, UX SDR and UX SDR GSG9 :)
Mine Sinn U1
I'm thinking about next one: Sinn 757
Not my picture
Don't have the 757 any more, silly idea passing it on but hey ho... Would happily try out one or two others, 356 especially.
Thank you Matt.
Unfortunately the right (Air) one has left the herd but i have plans to fill it up again. With something vintage and with two central chrono hands :)
I chose the 556i and I couldn't be happier! You're right, they are well built, good looking and purposeful! I bought mine without trying it on as I knew if I didn't like it I could send it back, I was Unsure of 38mm as a till watch as it's more a dressy size but it's perfect, I'd not want it any bigger, it's something different to a 40-41mm diver or pilots watch I already own, I've had it a month and it's been getting a lot of wrist time, it's on par finish wise as my omega or iwc and for £750 it's good value! I'm not sure if it's hardened steel but I've knocked it a couple if times and can't see any marks! I changed the strap for a rubber one so I could get it wet without worrying! Buy one! You won't be disappointed!
I like my 358sa very much, shame about this rubbish photo
I also have a 142, probably my favourite watch these days.
No photo though :(
I recently returned a T2 and eventually settled for a U1000, a heavy and thick tool watch which is proving to be entirely comfortable and wearable. This watch exemplifies over engineering :-)ImageUploadedByTapatalk1387201158.979176.jpg
I've said it before - Sinn are one of my favourite brands with a wide range of watches & virtually no duffers.
I've had & sold on 757 (twice), U1, U2, UX SDR, 857, 144 Lufthansa Cargo GMT, 155 & 656
I currently have these 3 and am on the look out for a U1 SDR (on bracelet)

Wanted - Damasko DC57
andy tims: when you decide for the third time to sell 757 please let me know : )
It's one of the best Sinn's!!
I'm surprised by the lack of 903 photos. It's my favourite Sinn, in fact probably the only one I would consider, and has an interesting history. Essentially a Navitimer for a lot less money.
Any reason why the 903 doesn't seem particularly loved?
The ZUZ issued EZM1 -
As you are all gathered in one place, can I ask you knowledgeable Sinners why some of their watches are left-handed and some are right-handed ?
Mine's already featured here.
It's a stunning watch in so many ways.
The quality is so good, though, that I now find myself thinking about a 144 too

Breitling Cosmonaute 809 - What's not to like?
Can anyone tell me is it hard to buy EZM1 and how much i should prepare to buy one?
This chap is off getting fettled by Sinn
But this one is my holiday watch:

356 with a copper dial is one of my favourites...
