Great watch. That's about as complicated as they get!
I assume these go for a substantial amount.

I had the honour of wearing this rather beautifully complex Breitling at a recent Air-show. My friend actually purchased it - but then backed out of the deal today  I took these pictures on site and on-wrist - you probably won't see this watch again..
It it is a truly "complex" piece in the horological sense and rare - only 20 made - and this is number 20 / 20. It is a Rattropante - meaning it has a split second timer - two hands measuring seconds which one can stop then catch up with the main second timer hand. True Perpetual Calender showing leap years and day, date, month, year. Moon phase, Chronograph, Slide-Rule. Solid Gold case and clasp - I tried to get details of the movement - who actually manufactured it - all it could be said on the day was it was manufactured for Breitling.
Made as a show-case model looking at the case back to celebrate the year 2000 - it's been in a safe for the last 5 years - I have seem them come up at auction at Sotheby's etc - but are rare to see in the field. Comes complete with it's own watch winder and special leather presentation case.
Some pictures:
Couple of details:
I was 8) 8) 8) truly stunned by this piece. I know Breitling as a manufacture are not to everyones taste - but to see this level of skill and complexity in a Navitimer just took my breath away.
