Full Service, so new movement as mine was faulty, I think hands replaced and case finish. I didn't send the bracelet as it is like new anyway.

The crown looks new too but don't remember any mention of changing that in the quote.

£545 paid.

I suspect they also changed the hands as well as the dial

Aye, BUK always seems to replace the hands as standard. They say they are 'push-fit' and not designed to be replaced once removed.

'A complete service ... includes: disassembly, cleaning, exchange of standard movement parts (including certain hands)' etc.
