Personally prefer it on the leather, but still looks the business no matter what it's on.

I like the leather bst too but I like to have all the options.

I bought my Black Bay on the bracelet - it really is cracking quality. I have the strap on order to get both options - same as OP but in reverse

Lovely watch, prefer it on the bracelet (as I do with most watches) but looks lovely on the leather strap as well.
Is that the same bracelet as on the Tudor Heritage?
I have to disagree about the quality. When I tried a BB, the clasp was the worst part for me. It felt cheap, whereas the watch head was very high quality with a superb bezel movement.
The Pelagos bracelet is of much higher quality IMO; certainly in terms of the clasp, so if it was me, I'd be sticking with a strap for the Black Bay.
