Furlough scheme question

Hi all. My mum asked me a question today.
She runs a local boozer and has been on furlough since whenever Boris closed them.
Question is —- if she gives it a go to reopen this weekend and so come off furlough if it doesn’t work out and proves too difficult due to
Restrictions and new rules. Can she then put her 4 staff back on furlough?

Yes she can provided they have already been on furough for a minimum period of three weeks at any time prior to the 1st July.
