Thank you ideally not after a chronography though.

Didn't know about that model, ticks all the boxes, but I must say the stencilled numbers are something that I do like, might just have to face up to the fact the Avenger Seawolf at 44mm may be the answer, always liked them in titanium and black or grey dial.
The Superocean is a great size, I can recommend the Superocean professional just about perfect size, brushed finish and plenty of heft to the watch.
    Really miss mine.

I must say I am really enjoying this Evo.
Classy and uncluttered and very comfy.

Little bump as I know due to a certain post some money has been spent !
    So let's see them 😬

    My offering

I've got to say first impressions are excellent very comfy on the rubber and the 3d effect dial is stunning in the flesh.

Keep coming back to the Seawolf, this is my 4th one now. This time I went for the black dial.

bought a new strap for the avenger.

it is still in the classic very stiff period so i hope it becomes supple like other breitling straps tend to but i think it looks fantastic!

Buckle it up tightly around a watch cushion and leave it overnight - it should be nice and curved by tomorrow.

It's an entry Breity, but one I just love. My first was exactly the same and I've come home to it.

Colt GMT (the original one) and I have the fighter bracelet and blue leather in the box but she looks feels and swims just great on the Pro 2 diver in Blue!

I love it mate. It's a go to stunner.

    500m
    GMT
    Mega Lume
    timing Bezel,
Not afraid to scratch it and
Dresses down off the bracelet so well.

And believe it or not it goes under the radar most of the time.

I have sold many watches in the past, the CA titanium in blue I had, is the only watch I have regret selling. Stupid decision...

    The Breitling Appreciation Thread

If you are looking for your first high end watch (as your other op suggests)
I'd suggest one of these, or a Rolex submariner, or an omega speedmaster!
Any one of these will see you happy for years to come!

    Adrian that's a great review!
Do You have all your watches on leather or is it just a navitimer thing for you?
Mine is the first one I've bought that's not on a bracelet.....feels sweatier on this muggy day and I'm wondering if the calf would have been a bit more pliable than the croc.....
No doubt I'll change the strap when I get bored in a year or so!

You were right to advise the navi over the superocean!

all breitling straps start off very stiff. they will mould to your wrist over the space of a few days and in time, become much nicer feeling.

I never wear watches on leather normally, indeed I went and bought the Navitimer bracelet in addition to the leather it came on, but I do like the look of this watch on leather.

Put an Ocean Racer from a WTB (thanks Mike) on the Seawolf II, its actually more comfortable than the Bracelet.

    LOVING that!

I used to wear my black-dial Skyland on that same OR+deployant.

    I like that combination.

I might be tempted with a superOcean Leather with the red for my Seawolf as well, just a nice little touch with that single red line of text on the dial.

Lovely. I slightly prefer the more conservative black dial, but it's one of the most no-nonsense dive watches out there, and a remarkably compact size too.
...but what do I know; I don't even like watches!

Has anyone here got the new Aerospace Evo night mission?

I'm seriously considering popping into town this week with a view to buying it after seeing if I like the canvas strap or not.

Yellow is sold out in UK. I tried the black face on but it wasn't different enough to the advantage I already own....
