Brilliant watch! I love mine. Though it’s mainly used for gardening, bike rides and holiday back up now. Would never get rid of it though.

I've had this watch a few years now but misplaced it and haven't worn it for 18months or so. I found it last weekend replaced the battery and it hasn't been off my wrist, simple and yet so effective.
What more could you ever need in a watch.....
Feel free to add your own simple but effective watches, HAGWEA

As long as it doesn't get scratches it looks great. Your s looks immaculate
Wrist shot please. PS these look great on one of Eddie's RE natos.
Even more so if you've actually served in the Royal Engineers
I love these. I have mine on a black nato with black hardware :sunglasses:
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
On RE NATO strap the last time I wore it 2 years ago!!! So glad I found it

This and you've reminded me I need to try it on a nato just to see. I always thought the 18q was good but sold it for some reason I now can't remember!
Cat7 ? Simpler than the FE? Plus needs batteries!

This is how I’ve felt about my PRS29A over the past few months, almost to the point of considering a large sell off of my collection. However, this past week I had a sapphire crystal installed on my CWC RN diver and it’s barely left my wrist since because it’s also a good looking and simple watch. Suffice to say, I should still cull the herd but you just never know what piece you’ll find newly found enthusiasm for.
Here’s my take on simple, received this yesterday from Scurfa. The limited edition Diver One M.S.18. A simple pick up and go quartz too. Feels very durable and well made.
Some great watches here, and comments I can really relate to when it comes to selling up and just keeping some of my "simpler" watches, but then your tastes change again don't they.
It's amazing how much better some watches look on natos rather than bracelets or leather straps.
Keep the wrist shots coming....
I have a Cwc diver, but I prefer the 007 design wise. Also just saw the current prices on the cwc stuff. Nice watches, but now silly prices!

Scurfa for me too... wether it’s the new factor, but currently it’s the one getting g wrist time over my other watches
^ This.
However even though I have a CWC RN whenever I’m wearing my PRS29B I’m wondering why would I need more?

Seiko Spirit is always my classic simple watch. It's the reason why I'm tempted by the new Hamilton manual Field Khaki, but I don't really need it!

This Citizen for me, bought off the forum a few years ago now , and not missed a beat since.

I did the battery change myself, very straightforward and no nasty gouges on the polished caseback.
It hasn't been pressure tested, I have a friend who will pressure test next time I see him, but I never take my watches in the water anyway other than a couple of my holiday beaters.
My current favorite 3 hander on a cloth strap for the summer, with no movement complications at all it is as simple as they come.
Time to resurrect this thread with another lovely simple watch.
The dial is stunning shades of amber depending on the light
Come on let's see yours!

This is nice and simple, been wearing it recently for the first time in a while
Is that a Stowa? I like the no-logo concept of them.

Time to resurrect this thread with this, perfect for lazing around on a miserable Sunday morning and taking the dog for a walk

Stunning Citizen Paul, I particularly like the OEM strap without the ND Limits text, makes it look a lot classier ;)
