Have used them several times. Alex there is very helpful.

Agreed, Alex has been great and would recommend.
The wait time from Sinn is pretty long at the moment though if you need anything. I’ve been waiting two months for a bezel and bracelet so far.
Same here, sent my U1 back to them to be regulated under warranty and they've been great so far. Admittedly the watch only got there Tuesday, but as previously mentioned Alex has been brilliant.
There is also another thread about TWR where it's all good things, between that thread and now this one and chatting to Alex I'm more than happy with everything this far.
I am not sure whether they have upskilled since I last used them but TWR do not undertake everything. Ar refilling used to be Frankfurt only, as was Oil-filled servicing (EZM2 and UX).
So ask before turning up at the door, if you have a more specialist piece to service.
've only recently had my EZM13 with them and I can confirm that they are able to "restore AR properties", as stated on the service paperwork I received. Oil filling is still Sinn only, though.
TWR are local to me so I dropped it off and picked it up in person, I've no concern about recommending them to anyone else. As already said, there is the odd parts supply issue, though for me it was just the Sinn branded service cases used to return watches back to customers in that they couldn't provide at the time.
TWR can service anything Sinn. They did my (now sold) EZM1 3H a few months back.

Would they service WWW Vertex and Record? I saw Vertex on there list, but thought maybe a newer model.
As far as I know the oil filled models, UX etc can still only be done by Sinn in Germany. From what I've heard said it's quite a easy process, contact Sinn and they send you a label for the courier. I can't remember if his name is the same on the forum, but a member here has a YouTube channel under 'Clickspring' I think it is. There's a video where he's talking about the process with a older model (EZM1?) and it all sounds quite easily done.
From hearing people talk on Forums, and looking at the Sinn website, I thought the cost of the postage there and back was included by Sinn in the service charge? Hence Sinn sending out the prepaid courier label?
Must admit, I’ve also heard of people saying they’ve sent their UX back to TWR to be sent to Sinn in Germany. It’s all a bit confusing.
I would like a UX at some point in the not too distant future, but I have to admit all the potential kerfuffle of sending it back for the battery change periodically is putting me off.
