WorldStream, Netherlands. Pretty sure that's a VPN so I'm curious how you know.

He's doing it on purpose. I wouldn't worry about deleting them though, I'm going to guess Eddie to going to solve the problem soon.

Perhaps by comparing it against the online users list which shows current logged on users' IP addresses: https://forum.tz-uk.com/online.php

In order to indicate who it was, that approach would have required the attacker to try logging in on the target account and their own account in the same VPN session.

That's interesting. IP addresses could be a feature that's enabled for >10,000 post users. I don't recall.

Many people here work in IT. The problem is that your reputation here is less than stellar. Unless you are willing to reveal your method, viewers may not take your accusation of criminal activity[1] very seriously.

Also, unless your written English improves some may not take you too seriously.
Did you really mean to ask, “Who is IP”?

Thank you I'm glad you shared that as someone is attempting to log into my account 10 times
Don't worry, come tomorrow you won't have an account anymore.

Eh? He might be a knob but he wrote "who's IP" (who is owner of the IP) not "who is IP?".

Precisely. The comment was bothering me too but I decided to let it go

    It's still early.

Oh yes it does! ;-) "Who's" is an abbreviation for "Who is". Thus "Who's IP" is nonsensical.

What he should have written was "Whose IP?". I.e. He was seemingly meaning to ask whose IP address it is. The correct possessive version of "who" is "whose", not "who's".

I have to admit that I got that completely and utterly wrong.

It was a plastic fork, not a spoon. My sincere apologies, I cannot say how sorry I am. Please forgive me.

My fault for starting this, but my wife was a primary school teacher and correct punctuation, apostrophes etc. are a big deal in our house. I don’t claim to be an expert but some basic errors really grate.

Like a missing comma before 'etc.', for example?

As I remember, it’s a possessive pronoun and so possession is already implied. As such, you don’t need to indicate possession any other way. See also it’s and its.

Exactly that. My wife wasn’t around earlier.

I'll take 'etc' (note no full stop) without the preceding comma anytime, as long as it's not being pronounced 'exetera'.

I know that and I hate it nevertheless.

Edit: I hear 't' in all the examples from your link -- I was sure there would be 'x' as a tease (of which I know is normalised), that's why the comment.
