I don’t think it will be quite as busy as usual as there don’t seem to be any new models this month or any of the really hot Everests.

There are new batches of the PRS29 so I’ll probably be wrong again as usual!

This is good news! Just got to be quick/lucky I guess!

I'm sure I've read somewhere that payment options are Visa, etc but NOT Paypal. Is that correct?

I don't seem to have the news letter, does it have a price for the new batch of 29s?

Hello all, I'm in need of some straps and was wondering if strap-shopping dynamics are the same as when buying a watch (i.e. Waiting for the web shop to open and rush so that my order is one of the 200 accepted). Can any of you enlighten me, please?
    Cheers!

It is amazing that all 600 of the Everest sold out in about 4 minutes according to the latest news.

There are lots of profiteers, who need to keep their stock levels up.

Website closed in all of about 3 minutes. Who's got an order in?

Against my better judgement I decided not to try for a 29 already regretting that decision. Looking now they seem to have sold out straight away

Very pleased that it seems to be less of a scrum than before having not been in the market for a while. Finally got my finger out and bought a PRS40 with a confirmed order number! This watch has been calling me for a while and this feels like the first time in ages I’ve actually had the chance to order.

Timefactors Opening on Sunday 14th March

Must be a new record today with the sales. Less than 2 mins per my reckoning.

Anyone get anything they were after?

    I ordered a 29AM.

Also noticed domestic postage is now nearly a tenner.

I managed to buy a PRS-47 as well as a PRS-29AM (!)... This victory follows on the heels of failed attempts during each of the two previous sales windows.

After ordering a PRS 29am went back in to order a strap, would the strap count towards the 200 order limit?

Wow - my heart was beating 20 to the dozen, but I think I've made it!

    Order 1852 confirmed at 14.01

    1x PRS-29A
    1x PRS-29AM
    2x Brown 18mm Rally Straps

I've been staring at these beautiful watches for tooooo long, and I really can't wait to receive them. I promise to post pics when they arrive.

Seems that I was fortunate as well and managed to get a PRS-29A. Very pleased!

@Yamyam ............... I think that any item that you order will count against the 200 item limit before the shop closes.

Re postage charges - I think a tenner is not unreasonable at all for postage & packing. I sell the odd bits and bobs on eBay and if you use the RMSD service, which I suspect Eddie does, it costs just under £8 per package. Then you need to add the cost of packaging on top.

Edit - just checked my receipt and postage is with UPS Tracked but I guess the costs are similar.

Keeping my fingers crossed but got confirmation of my Baby Dred purchase #1820 @ 14:01. Can't believe my palms were sweating. Can't wait now, these are in stock I think so won't have to wait too long.

Got in on a 29A early too with enough time to contemplate but deciding against the 29AM as well. Hope to have it soon!

Wow, what a rush! It was like "sniping" an auction, while casually buying some straps (that was my case: I wanted to try some of the 2-piece nylon with deployant)
Glad I managed to get the order confirmed!

This was training. Next time I'll go for a dreadnought voyager.

    Cheers!

Domestic posting has been £9,90 for almost 3 years.

Yes. I went back to my previous order and checked. It is still the same. Wonder why I thought it had gone up.

Good for Eddie, but this frenzy is insane .... no luck for me.
Maybe that's good, cause what I really want is the 36 mm Everest and that one was not in this round.

Congrats to those who got what they wanted.

Still waiting on mine. Did you receive any notification that item has been posted or UPS pre-delivery notification?
