‘Away’ on Netflix is a good watch.
I’ve just started ‘Tehran’ on AppleTV+. Only watched the first episode but seems promising so far.

It's on in Australia if you have a SmartDNS, https://www.sbs.com.au/ondemand/program/fargo.
Started watching Wisting on BBC via iPlayer - it's a Scandinavian detective thriller.
3 episodes in and it's hotting up nicely - Carrie-Anne Moss guest starring helps ;-)
I take it you don't need to have seen Season 3?
Loved the 1st 2 seasons but Ewan MacGregor is my kryptonite, just about unwatchable in anything after Shallow Grave/Trainspotting IMHO and I managed 1 episode of S3 before giving up.
Edit: He's ok when travelling the world on a motor bike
Just watched Lance on the iplayer. A documentary on Lance Armstrong. Found it really interesting even though I have no interest in cycle racing.

Just started Money Hoist
I'm watching to the lake on Netflix. Russian virus series. Its excellent.
Really enjoyed the bbc shorts "mandy" recently too. Made me LOL and all on iplayer.
I’m testing out Tehran on Apple TV + at the minute. Seems good so far but could suffer the curse that I’ve seen with other Apple TV stuff .... starts strong and seems to disappear up its own bum. Hopefully not this time though
Another vote here for Tehran, very good...

Can’t believe it but just watched “Breaking Bad” all over again some 6 /7 years later .....
Its so good what a cast and lots i missed 1st time around.....
Watchmen ......hmmmm
Probably mentioned loads of times through this thread but I'm totally hooked on Ozark and into season 3, I didnt think anything would ever come close to Breaking Bad but Ozark is getting there - love it!
I thought the opening episode of the new Star Trek Discovery series was great and shows a very interesting new direction for the franchise - going nearly a thousand years further into the future.
Some of the design was particularly impressive- astonishing future technologies being envisioned.
So clever my foot fell off.
Watched the first three episodes of The Right Stuff on Disney+ last night.
Based on the Tom Wolfe book about the Mercury seven and NASA's endeavours to put an American in space. I thought it was very well done and portrayed a lot of the tensions and rivalries between the astronauts and families, plus just how shambolic the early days of NASA really was. Oh and lots of watch spotting to be had too!
Cheers,
Gary
Billions s5 has just come on to Sky/NowTV.
Cheers..

Just finished season 2 of Condor. Really enjoyed it
Half way through The Queens's Gambit on Netflix, story of an orphan girl who becomes a chess prodigy in the 50's and 60's - thoroughly engrossing

Just finished a show on Netflix call ‘Kingdom’ based around an MMA gym.
One of the best shows I have ever seen (probably top 5 of all time....). Very grown up character driven drama with some of the best writing and acting I have seen, easily 5/5!

Nearly finished S2 of "The Alienist" on Netflix - not a bad psychological murder mystery set in New York in the late 19th century. Only 8 episodes in S2 for some reason (vs 10 in S1).
Mandalorian Season II starts October 30th on Disney+
See the first episode. Hoping this series is as good as previous.
Pretty good IMHO too.
Will watch it, but was a bit underwhelmed with S1, especially as it was the reason we got Disney+
Nearly finished Tehran (Apple TV) This is the best thing I've watched for a while. Also Long Way Up has been good after the first few episodes which were far too focused on getting the electric bikes charged up.
Andy
Wanted - Damasko DC57
Started watching Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with David Chang.
Trying to drag out Bourdain - Parts Unknown for as long as I can.
Quite good.
Another series of Somebody Feed Phil is released again tomorrow on Netflix.
As you can tell - food and travel shows are all I really watch.
On Apple TV
For All Mankind - very good - an alternative version of the Space Race set in the 1960's / 70's
Servant - Not bad, if slow.
On Sky
The Knick - very good but not one to watch when having your dinner - lot's of gory surgical scenes.

Wanted - Damasko DC57
The queen gambit 3 episodes in and really enjoying it.
Godfather of Harlem just finished season 1. Very good indeed, mobster series.
Community on Amazon Prime. Extremely funny.
Anybody tried Counterpart? It's original if nothing else - a sort of espionage/cold war/political machinations/science fiction tale. It stars JK Simmonds - the nutty music teacher from Whiplash. Only two seasons and on Amazon Prime.
100%/90% on Rotten Tomatoes and 8.1 on IMDB

Borgen on Netflix. It is subtitled but still worth watching.

The two parter on N. Korea recently on BBC will get some of my time this weekend, heard good things.
Thought I posted this yesterday...
Does anyone know where to watch Scam 1992
It’s an Indian series based on true events, 9.5 on IMDB (apparently 17th highest all time)
