You still have to have it weighed and pay for the postage... it's a case of having handy packing and being able to pre-fill in the details really.
I know some of you guys use these Royal Mail prepaid bags so are they convenient, does that mean you don't have to stand in the POST OFFICE for hours and hours?

But they are FREE! Which is nice - means you can have any old box inside all hidden away and looks nicer than parcel tape covered shoe boxesOriginally Posted by Jonmurgie
you can order the non-prepaid special delivery bags over the phone from RM FOC in 3 sizes, 50 per bag, delivered to you FOC
Interesting that...think i will look into itOriginally Posted by dl_griff
I use them for security as any tampering is obvious, unlike tape on a box.
They are a bugger to write on with a biro!
Seriously, take care: the writing can rub off if not applied firmly.

You can buy online the prepaid ones too, but you still have to get them franked/receipted at the PO :)
i like them as once they are sealed they are stuck fast, but as people have said you still have to join that queue of people coughing and sniffing :(
Never knew these bad-boys are free!
Definitely will be using these in the future to cover-up my cack handed packing. Will write FIRMLY though so thanks for the heads-up! :D
Now here's a thread to sort the flippers out from the boys. :D
Would you gents send your watches in these? I understand for insurance purposes you'll have to line up anyway?
yes, you have to lie up and get them scanned anyway to get a receipt. I cannot really see an advantage of buying the prepaidOriginally Posted by nate
Try writing with a CD marker.
Imo I'll be using my Brother label printer again.

just also realised that if you need to send a Tag for repair then TH service centre will send you a prepaid SD envelope for you to send the watch back to them in (free box too)
