Me too, assumed they were concept drawings until I googled them. Incredible.

I like this new Moser streamliner release. Updated movement as well.

Yeah I like it but same! Basically 10k

Think they will be a hard sale! Think there’s quite a few of them too! So not super limited

There is something about that watch that I really like

With a fairly standard Unitas movement. All the bla bla is about the case, they did hide some short movement specs down below.
Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!

    The retail is utterly ridiculous.

It's a stunning watch. I'm loving the Damascus steel case and the overall design. What really lets it down is their use of a rather basic ( but very robust and reliable) 17 jewels Unitas 6498-2 movement. Yes, the two series has several upgrades over the one series like a higher beat movement, operating at 21,600 bph over the series one 18,800 bph. The two series is chronometer rated too. £9.5k. lol.

In comparison, even the Tourby series with the best looking 6498-2 calibres out there are an utter bargain:

Tourby watches also have some of the best customer service out there.

For interesting cases (Damascus and others) you could always try H2O/Helberg watches and save yourself about 8 and a half grand.

Bargain indeed, certainly when I owned one many moons ago. Stunning movement, one I'd certainly expect in a watch costing about 12.000,- Euro's.

Another new integrated bracelet release from Citizen, this time in titanium. Costs EUR429, very good looking thing, I think I like that more than the subdial Tsuyosa.

That is nice. Shame about the “Automatic Titanium” on there, why do manufacturers always feel like there needs to be so much text?

I think they added the text to balance out the subdial placement.

Another 40mm+ integrated bracelet watch, sigh. Who thinks integrated bracelet watches, which wear large, have to be larger than a five digit sub or Explorer II? Everyone, apparently.

As for Citizen, they’re having a good run of watches that look almost appealing, without quite conjuring up the GS magic.

Tbf at a fraction of the price of a GS I would not expect much magic, if anything they are conjuring a Zenith Defy with this one, apart from the textured dial. Still think it's not a bad effort.

I've seen those, for 429,- and perhaps a bit less it looks a million dollars, and with that price tag it's an ideal everyday automatic beater.

Genta is idolised for his big hits, the Royal Oak and a few other iconic designs. But he also had his fair share of bizarre misses, and this Credor is a case in point. I’m reminded of a failed, early 2023 MidJourney AI attempt to draw a Royal Oak, with some bits missing. It’s interesting to learn that he did a Credor, but I’m not sure that’s a good reason to recreate it.

    And in its original form:

Looks like Tag have updated the Aquaracer to finally meet COSC standards (I’d say a must at this price point). Slightly updated dial (hello Seamaster). Supposedly smaller (1mm). Announcement due in June I believe. (But some outlets already selling them).

Swap the integrated bracelet for a nice colour matched leather strap and I'd agree.

With the sub dial in the lower right position of the dial, the left side of the dial would look a bit bare without text. My opinion of course.

Well said. It's a good looking watch but the integrated bracelet just spoils it for me.

Easily solved by putting the sub dial in the correct position in the first place (6 0 clock). Or even better, loosing the sub seconds entirely 🤷*♂️

For the subdial to be at 6 the crown would have to be in the same position as on the Tsuyosa, between 4 and 5. Maybe they could have tried moving the date window to 9 so it looks less cramped instead of adding text to offset it?

That looks really good! Of course actual dimensions and price will determine how good.

One leaked website has them a few €100 euros more than the outgoing ones think just over £3k. Green steel is due, black one as the link & a blue one. Rumours they will make an orange dial as well.

Green GMT also leaked & blue GMT

Just a concept apparently, but a very eye catching one. Just don’t expect ‘camouflage gold’ to hide your gold Royal Oak, quite the opposite in fact. Monochrome suggest it’s a polarising, love it or hate it concept. Personally I like it, in a fantasy world where I could afford it and had somewhere suitable to wear it, though the 34mm size suggests they may be thinking of the ladies with this one.

    Tag announces new Aquaracers

Looks like improvements made from the outgoing model.

Personally feel the green looks good and be keen to view this.

Looks like Omega have just announced two new bi-metal Speedmaster Professionals, one with steel and yellow gold and the other with steel and sedna gold.

Both look rather nice in their own ways.

Agree on the rose gold. I do like the yellow gold though, silver dial offsets it nicely.

There was still a queue when I looked again, but at least it gave me an estimated wait time. So I did something else whilst waiting and then bought one when it was my turn.

I'll probably sell it straight on (at a massive profit) but wanted to give it a try.
