TTC, I love your energy.
I agree they’re pretty cool but waaaay too big. As for end game, I’m not sure exactly what you mean but they’re not really one watch collection material IMO.
I received an email from Laco this morning about the two new Hamburg models. Sometimes you see a watch and think 'that would be my end game watch.'
Or is that just me? Anyhoo, my goodness these are stunning
DIN 8330 watches by Laco Watches | Model Hamburg DIN 8330
The three-hander is stunning and the GMT had me nursing a semi. At around £1500 and £2000 respectively they seem incredibly good value for money too. I love the case design particularly, very Sinn / Damasko without their price tags. They're big buggers at the stated 44.5mm but I assume that's sans crown. Regardless, I'd take one in a heartbeat.
Anyone going to get one? I'd love to see real world pics.

Yes, love your enthusiasm too. Not for me, but buy one and enjoy it!
I totally get your enthusiasm, I love this style of watch, and do think the price is fair - the ceramic bezel is a big plus for me, too, but were it me I'd be going after a used Sinn 856 or 857 at the same or less ££££ and thus benefitting from the hardened steel casework.
Nice looking watches but as a Sinn / Damasko fan it's hardly a surprise I like them.

Wanted - Damasko DC57
A very nice pair.
A nice looking pair of watches and DIN rated
But like the EOS I would be looking for a used Sinn for a similar cost but better tech

Hardened cases
Captive bezels
Diapal lubricant free escapement
AR de humidifying tech
They do a fancy new on the fly adjustment clasp
Not all available on every watch but you can pick and choose to a degree.
People may or may not see the benefit of the above but it’s nice to have if you can and awards geek WIS bonus points!

And like Rolex they are made of 904L steel, that and the ceramic inlay are a bonus.
Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!
If I didn't already have a Sinn 857, I'd be very interested in these Laco models. Ceramic bezel is a nice upgrade, I've got a few marks on my Sinn's bezel and it's surprisingly expensive to replace (£100 for the insert the last time I asked TWR if I remember). However: for me there doesn't appear to be a bracelet option and - of course - it's missing something equivalent to Sinn's Tegiment treatment or Damasko's ice hardening, which makes it a great daily. The Laco's bead-blasting should still look the part with bit of added wear.
Sinnlover mentioned most/all of the different Sinn technologies, but - I'm prepared to be corrected here - there's not that many models that use Diapal (I only recall seeing it on some of the chronos), however the 857, which is the closest equivalent model to my eye has all the other goodies.
Still, the Laco is 400 EUR cheaper than an 857 on a strap, which if you were buying new isn't to be sniffed at.
