After six years of wearing just Panerai’s it was time for a bit of diversity.
This arrived on Friday and so far so good.
So much so I’ve been looking at 43mm big pilots today.

That is the perfect IWC in my eyes.
Great choice, the Green colour of the dial can look so different depending on lighting.
As a Panerai owner I'm sure you'll appreciate the EasX strap change system. I can highly recommend the brown calf leather and green rubber combination as an alternative to the bracelet, although you might find them a little 'Delicate' by comparison to 24mm Panerai straps, enjoy
I got this for my 40th at the weekend. Not flashy compared to 90% of other watches on here, but was a big day for me!
I put it away after collecting in November, but have just noticed the clasp isn't centred on the bracelet. There are 4 links on one side and 7 on the other- I would've assumed it would be equal? Or am I overlooking something?!
Yep, it’s an easy fix. Just be very careful when unscrewing and screwing to ensure you don’t slip and scratch those lovely polished sides.
Tip: use the biggest screwdriver that will fit the slot to minimise risk of slipping.
Or just get your local watch shop to do it for you.
Before you do that though, check how it fits underneath your wrist. Symmetrical doesn’t necessarily mean comfortable.
Also if you’re stuck for a screwdriver and want to do it yourself the £1 Swiss Army knife screwdriver fits well but requires a bit of extra concentration.
Cheers folks.
I was thinking it would be better to get 1 link moved over so it’s 5/6. I’ll just get the AD to do it when I’m next in town though, safer not risking any damage. That said, they managed to put a scratch on the clasp when they were sizing it originally too, so will maybe try a different branch!
Maybe the AD wasn't lazy, maybe the AD made sure that the clasp lay flat against the inside of the buyers wrist? I know my wrist has a long way round and a short way round from watch to clasp.

Second vintage Tudor in a week. Thanks so much to David for selling it to me. I have taken the liberty of swapping the strap for a Bark&Jack NATO.

Just pulled the trigger on this, it's heading my way from Shanghai as it's a Chinese Market limited edition.
Two tasty Tudors Dave. Congratulations.

Trying very hard to be done with the whole collecting thing now!

Although I bought it 3 weeks ago fresh from a service with Hamilton, it went straight back under warranty and it's now running perfectly.
Added a brand new original strap to it, suits it better than the strap.

Does an Apple Watch count as an incoming? Had a series 1 when they were released. A recent offer on Very so the Series 9 watch with nearly £100 off so I got another.
LLD 36.
Always wanted one of these but the movement used in the early models put me off (rightly or wrongly!). When I discovered the movement had a bit of an upgrade in newer models, I found one for a great price and went for it. Perfect size for me and the 300m WR should meet my daily handwashing needs superbly.
