As above does anyone have experience of home selling insurance? Sounds like snake oil to me but I'm at the end of my tether having had a buyer pull out at the 11th hour!!
Just trying to cover myself going forward.
For info its protection against costs incurred during the sale process and is available for buyers and sellers alike.

Ive not heard of this insurance before, although fully appreciate you can insure most things. As the seller, what costs are you looking to insure against?
