Anyone know a good popcorn seller? Just asking for a friend

Yeah I understand the sharing part but what I was trying to highlight is that they are clear that they will create a profile of you for marketing reasons.
Now many marketing platforms do this digitally, using rich data to create a profile that infers what a user is most likely to respond positively to from a marketing perspective but in this case WOS seem to be using it to decide whether they will let you buy a specific watch or not - it is basically a way to discriminate
Has anyone asked WOS to provide them with the data they hold on them? If asked, they have one month to provide you with any information they hold on you.
"Under data protection law, anyone can ask if your organisation holds personal information about them - you must respond to their request as soon as possible, and within one month at most. GOV.UK"
Image every watch forum member asking WOS to provide members with their data, it would would cause them a massive headache.
I’ll leave that to someone who never wants another watch.
Can see how that's going to go: "sorry, who are you? Ok. <delete> No sorry, no information held about you at all."
Someone who lies about the little things will lie about the big things too.
If you "succeed" in buying a Rolex from these people, then you didn't buy your lovely watch from a fellow watch-lover, but from an insincere data-hoover: you can be sure that every bit of seemingly pleasant frivolous chit-chat about your personal and professional life on the road to that moment has been weighed up a Stasi tribute act. What a lovely thought to be reminded of, every single time you look at your watch.
While there's money to be made people will go along with this nonsense.
There isn't now which is very welcome. Alot below RRP stuff especially in PM that are better buys at Greys but as stated just be transparent and respect the guidelines and all will be fine. Those that are registered with several AD's might wonder why they don't get many calls.

I decided that the dial wasn't quite what I wanted when I looked deeper. There are better blues. The DD was always a under retail piece used along with some of the precious metal subs. Indeed the WG blueberry would be a better buy at Grays as would many others. Offered Slate DD WG at £28's so again a better than retail price

A simple article from Professional Watches claiming that used Rolex prices are strong but falling. Nothing new which this thread hasn’t already included though it’s always nice to be given a chart. Things must be true when you’re given a chart.

SS DateJust Blue motif and Silver dial for sale in the AD window today.
Image he’s nicked from the Rolex website shows list of £13,350. The fact that he’s selling for less within a month surely means he got a discount. Yacht-Masters must be the most unloved models so not surprised if they’re the first to drop in price if the bubble is slowly deflating.
Been offered a two tone black dial sub today…all spent out so will have to pass..
Hopefully a sign of things to come…..got the call for a Sub ND today…..collecting in a week or so when back from holiday.
I think Rolex watches must be very disappointing in the metal as I keep seeing people going into the AD to buy a Rolex but leaving empty handed.
Still plenty chancers out there. Some jeweller on eBay listing a 41mm OP with “celebration” dial.
Wait for it - £31,500.
