Very nice. Might be in for another when that happens then. The offshore chronos come in 42 and 43 but the diver seems to only be in 42. Would be interesting if they give another size option at the same time. They are quite thick for the size but beautiful enough to ignore that part.
Just acquired this, really enjoying it. Not usually a fan of skeleton dials but this works for me.
Wanted one of these for many years.
Saw one in the sale today and …

Just got this Norqain Night Sight in. Always liked the look of the freedom 39mm but saw this in the catalogue and after a bit of hunting, got one for a good deal.
Always wanted a full lume dial and this one has a lovely glow but it looks like a normal sand coloured dial in the light which I find a bit nicer than the usual full lume dials that always have a slight green hue to them.
A Kinessi movement with display back is just icing on the cake!

First watch purchase for about 18 months. Fossil C-3PO
First Gold (coloured) watch for me, bit cheap and tacky but me and the kid love a bit of Star Wars. Wanted the R2D2 but sold out before I could get one. Flame suit on …..

I took this in a part exchange last week. The original intention was to put it up for sale pretty quickly, but I think I might hang on to it for a bit longer, and try it out with some different straps. Some info about this model and its background here in case anyone is interested.
I have just bought this today. Very good match with Haveston strap.

I have been on the lookout for a holiday / beater / gardening / etc. watch.
Various Trasers, a Steeldive ploproff homage and citizen eco drive divers have been considered but I like all of them too much, you see I’ve come to the conclusion that any watch I like I’m going to baby too much to really wear it in situations where it could actually get damaged.
Now I loathe g shocks, none of them excite me in any way whatsoever. So I’ve bought one. A solar Bluetooth octagonal one. Hopefully I’ll still hate it enough to use it for it’s intended purpose.
Mathey Tissot x Massena Labs Mergulhador recreation.
Third of this model and fourth in total yes. I hope I shall keep this one!!
A bit of inexpensive fun arrived this morning.
It wears well but is very tall. No door frame is safe.
Is that the steel one from SC?
This arrived today thanks to ryanb741.
I have just tried the lume by placing the watch in a bowl of water in a darkened room.
The time can be read at any angle, the coundown bezel works a treat, the fixed bars are tough, this is a tool watch built for a purpose.

But it ain't English. Just saying.
Someone who lies about the little things will lie about the big things too.
Latest acquisition. I've wanted a Pelagos 39mm since they hit the market, but funds don't allow it currently. But this popped up on to SC and I thought I'd give it a go to see if I like the Pelagos 39mm.
And I do, oh boy do I! If this is pretty much near-identical, then I definitely do!
In its own right this is a fantastic watch! The dial, indices, hand set and fit/finish are really top notch. And the bracelet is absolutely stunning. The on-the-fly adjustment is just wonderful.
So a great try out for the real thing.

Quite a moment today ... you could say this IWC Der Doppelchronograph 3713 is a Grail piece as I've lusted after it since the late 90s (when I first became aware of it) yet never quite managed to bag one. Bought the 3706 (twice) to scratch the itch but 39mm has always been too small for my wrist and I was acutely conscious of that even when I got my first one back in 2002.
In my imagination the Doppel was a big watch, but it's pretty modestly sized really, only 42mm though nice a bit of heft at 53mm lug to lug and 16mm high. This one has a few flaws, notably a scratch to the front AR and a couple of small dings, but actually a bit of wabi doesn't look out of place given it's at least 20 years old and the design pretty much invented (or at least re-invented) the 'Flieger as Tool Watch' category.
I've no idea of its service history so it will be headed for a service at some point soon. I think it rather suits a Ted Su I had made for my BP43.
Picked up earlier this week. My 3rd variant of the new ceramic dialled SMP in as many years! Like the other 2, this one is excellent, and probably qualifies as my most legible watch ever!
As soon as I saw this earlier this week I knew it was going to be my new summer watch. It arrived today, with a 20% discount I couldn’t be happier.
I only realised the bezel used the Peanuts font, and the back isn’t engraved but a Snoopy print behind a glass caseback. I don’t think I’ve stopped smiling since I opened the box.
Love the snoopy also - this thread is dangerous…… goes off to search for one
How did you get the 20% discount ?
After 3 months on ‘wait list’ finally received the new 36mm T80. Definitely wears larger than the previous model. Nice fun retro watch, and all steel unlike the Casio equivalent.

This re-arrived yesterday after I bought it, then was given it on my birthday and had to send it back to be repaired 4 days later.
Hopefully ‘arrived’ for the last time.
Put it on a GSD strap kindly donated by a member of another forum.
