I didn't realise Alex works there, My bro in law sold his Sub on saturday to them, It went on the site and sold the next day, He had hardly worn it!!
I've dealt with both Jura and the CW Sellors shop. Whilst they may be part of the same company, they are chalk and cheese. My experience of Jura was poor to say the least. My experience of the CW Sellors shop in Whitby was the polar opposite and I'd happily use them again. Might say more about the benefits of high street shopping over the internet rather than the company itself?
Nice!
your options are almost endless. You could easily do a big loop, down to Scarborough, across to Helmsley, up to Stokesley, across to Guisborough and back down to Whitby. On a good day that will be a stunning route taking in a large part of the North Yorkshire Moors.
I’m not sure if Tony made it across but I’ve come over today on my triumph. I called in at Watches of Whitby after a few weeks pondering over something on their website. Needless to say, a purchase was made and I shall be back soon to collect it. Their service, as always, was excellent.

Had a drive over to Whitby this morning to trade my Explorer II for a Submariner 114060. The fourth Submariner I've owned...
Excellent as ever.
I go to Whitby annually and drool and lick the shop window if that helps.
Bothams has been in the same place in Whitby for at least 60 years, I`m 66 and I fondly recall going in there as a kid and getting some sticky confectionary treat! I don't think the shop has changed inside either.
Whitby's a lovely spot, only thing that spoils it is it's own popularity, it can get too busy. Alex's shop is in a great position in the old town, close to the steps up to the Abbey. Well worth a visit.
