First microbrand use of the Miyota 9075 GMT

Spotted this linked in a story this morning on wornandwound.com.

As far as I know, I think this is the first microbrand use of the 9075 "traveller" GMT movement.

I don't think this one is for me, but surely a good sign for other microbrands getting their hands on it soon. I know our host has a design in mind. I'm also interested to see what other micros release (I'm hoping Helson!).

Perhaps not directly relevant to the Miyota 9075, but I feel like I've seen that watch a thousand times. I read this yesterday on WUS, seems appropriate:

... the hedonistic treadmill of micros - great new concept, spiffy spec sheet, casing an off the shelf movement, mish mash of design cues from more classic watches etc etc

It is pretty uninspiring - a lot of borrowed elements. I really dislike the applied logo. Yes it's applied, but it is dull as dishwasher.

Not a bad price either considering the name on the dial.
    Every watch a story.
