I have recently purchased a white dialled Zenith Chronomaster Sport (2021) only to discover that the minute hand in the anthracite subdial seems to slip, even when the chrono is not engaged. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue or other chrono related issues with this watch?
I bought it from subdial 2nd hand and also wonder if the zenith guarantee still applies?
Big thread on WUS about this, it’s a known issue.
Hi Tony, is the concierge service in London? Just wondering who you took it to.
thanks.

great, thank you for that. Will give him a call.
I am looking at betting one of these next year. I hope by then watches won’t have this issue.
If you purchased it only recently from subdial, do they provide any sort of cover?

They have offered to take it back and have it looked over by their "Master Watchmaker". I haven't actually taken them up on their offer as I have exchanged emails with Stuart Lord @ Zenith (as per Tony's suggestion above) and he is sending me a courier package to return it to him - so think I will go down that route. It will be sent to Switzerland for them to check it over.
I have had several dealings with Stuart and the Zenith team over the last few years and I have nothing but praise for their service and professionalism.

I must admit I haven't been as lucky as others with the LMVH service experience. I had my Zenith Chronomaster in for a service and shortly after it came back it lost nearly all power reserve. It went back in under warranty and came back in a Tag Heuer service case, with a different rotor, but the power reserve fixed. But now the chrono seconds hand hits the minute hand stopping the chronograph at certain times of day.
Stuart Lord was really helpful, but I'm afraid I've lost confidence in their ability to service Zeniths.
I too found LMVH service centre in Manchester not the best. The last time they serviced my El Primero it had to sent back twice due to QA faults including a noisy rotor.
I now send it to independents to have it serviced.
