Nothing is too cynical when it comes to this sphere of marketing. Using the environment as a product is, in and of itself, unbelievably cynical. Why would I not react in kind.
Market the watches because they are good watches. Not imply that they might save the world with huggy-fluffy re-used materials (that themselves must require considerable energy to re-manufacture): They can't and won't save anything. They are primarily showmanship.
Quite so. If we are concerned with the environment then what we already have might actually be best.
