Oops!
Recently acquired this beauty and looking to make some memories with it. Just about to head off to climb Crib Goch and Tryfan with my Dad. Wish me luck.

Good catch. Well played.
Hopefully you don't need luck! If you're doing both today that's a big day out - presumably via the Glyderau? One of my favorite playgrounds, enjoy it.
Big day out that! Have fun, don’t look down and enjoy telling the time on the tops. :-)

Need pictures when you get to the top else it didn't happen! Hope luck is not involved - but hope you have a great time - sounds a great day out.
“ Ford... you're turning into a penguin. Stop it.” HHGTTG
Make sure you jump between the two stones on the top of tryfan.
Crib goch is memorable, enjoy!
Made it home very tired and very sun burnt. Got to the Pyg Trail carpark at about 0415 and started our climb. The weather was quite misty but the breaks in the clouds were an incredible sight and also a reaffirming reminder of the certain death wrong hand placement, foot placement or body weight positioning could result in.
Got to the top of Snowdon in around 3 hours 15 mins. We did take quite a few difficult detours just because we could on the way up.
After a rest and a pork pie we made our way back to the car park via the Miners trail. From carpark to carpark took about 5 hours 45 mins.
We then grabbed some food and drove over to a lay-by at the base of the North of Tryfan. We then climbed (and I mean climed) the North Face of Tryfan which made Crib Goch seem like a walk in the park. This was the only point the Pelagos came off as during one particular climb I had to wedge my arm between two rocks to get up a section. We took it steady and made it to the top in around 2 hours 30 mins in which we travelled 1.3 kilometres as the crow flies and around 650 metres in elevation. We took the scenic route back down completing the walk in around 4 hours 30 mins.
Overall great day but I think some sleep needs to be made up.

Awesome photos Taylor, and a big day out. How was the Grockle count on Snowden?
Those pics bring back some great memories - though I never got up and down so quickly. Pretty good going OP!

Great photos of an epic day. I did similar a few weeks ago but it was over two days though.
The top of Snowdon was mental so I just walked straight past.
I love the Carneddau as well as they are generally much quieter.
Cheers, Shaun
Fantastic photos! The north ridge of Tryfan was my first ever big mountain day, when I was 16. I’m slightly surprised I bothered with that scrambling lark ever again.
Great pictures! I’m off up Sharp Edge tomorrow but I won’t be wearing my Pelagos!

Great pics. Looks like a fun day.
Looks amazing, I’m going to find out more about the route you did.
Thanks for sharing.
