Issues following secondhand bike purchase from main dealer - advice please

I’d take the bike to the dealer and speak to them in person. Should be happy to sort out the problems.

I would give it back and tell them to do their pre delivery inspection again and tell them to do it properly, on the basis that you don't know what other faults they have missed.

With regard to the seat, if it is in writing, they can supply as stated or take the bike back, as they have misrepresented it.
