More time to save up did me.
I think this may be more expensive than some expect.
This looks stunning Eddie and ticks a lot of boxes for me as I’ve been keen to get a mechanical chronograph for a while now and love the classic RAF asymmetric case. The Broadarrow and Smiths England text on the dial also hit it out of the park for me!
Your store opening window makes it quite late at night here in Oz, but I think this is definitely worth staying up for on a June Sunday night!
Lovely watch Eddie, too big for my wrist alas but my brother has a big birthday coming up so it may be just the thing. Please make a 36mm for us with office wrists.

Hi All
Hope I'm not being too presumptuous but will we have a signed crown, caseback script and is the handset sorted...would love to see what commando handset looks like and oh have we an idea of price yet?
Im not into chronos, but this is on my to do list :O
Hi Eddie,
are we still on for availability in July?
I think I’ve spent too much time looking a military watches. I’d never wanted a chronograph before and now I do.
Looking at the latest plans have sw510 mp b have you decided on the automatic version only?

I would love the white dial, looks amazing, but my wrists could only manage a 36-38mm.

Great looking straps but not too short I hope - what size are the pieces Eddie?
With the limited movement numbers and the straps in manufacture, I take it that this one is skipping the prototype stage?
I do hope that an XL strap doesn't mean that normal-wristed persons have to see long slip ends protruding round the wrist........
Sorry if this has been asked. Will the movement be 'decorated' with a Smiths’ logo? Or will it be left as Sellita?
That's a shame. Still a really lovely watch and definitely on the list. From picking up on the thread, I'm taking it that the final dimensions will be:
40 x 46 x 13.4 mm
Can't wait to see pictures of the prototype/final watch when they arrive.
Great stuff Eddie!
Now if only they could fit the carribean bor bracelet....

Is the light one tan or lighter green?

OK then, just a quick one (with protective stickers still on).
Eddie
Whole chunks of my life come under the heading "it seemed like a good idea at the time".
Look fantastic, even better than the renderings suggested.

Just stunning, a modern classic!
They looks spot on. Fantastic detailing Eddie, any idea on release day?
Impressive. Most people will want both.
PS I know you don't like white dials (and call me a philistine) but the cream dial should have been white. Perhaps in a future reorder.
PPS I like the stepdown subdials. I can see drilled lugs!!!

Over the years I have had a number of Eddies watches some have stayed some have gone. However the Navigator is the one that really struck a cord with me and out of a collection of 40+ watches it gets the most wear. I am thinking that perhaps the time has come to shrink the collection down to a more manageable number, enjoy what I have and stop buying.
Then Eddie posts these pictures.
Outstanding Eddie.
Both of them.
I look forward to seeing more pictures.
The hands look especially lovely, but I have to admit I am slightly less convinced by the blue dial print (on the cream dial), it looks a little lighter than I thought it might be, and lighter than the hands.
Although that may well be the lighting, so I will wait for the official photos.
D
I was all over that cream dial but wow(!) that dark dial looks great. The contrasting hands stand out much better and look more visible. It's going to be a tough decision. In terms of visibility, does anyone have experience with similar dial/hand combinations?
