Hi mate,
The two guys who run Wristers are good friends of mine.
Incidentally, I bought the Rhodium OP39 that is pictured recently on their Instagram :)
All legit, good guys.
Has anyone used this new watch dealer who appeared on Instagram in December and seems to have a good selection of Rolexes Tudors and Omegas?

Hi,
I know these guys also, they been watch enthusiasts for years, think COVID made them go in this direction as a bit of a side business
100% would buy from them and probably will when they get a watch I want
When I saw the thread title I thought it must be to do with a private club for Gentlemen who like a little "fun".
F.T.F.A.
My inner 12 year giggled at that too - could possibly have a rethink of their name.

I thought it was a new euphemism to join 'stroker' and 'palmer' and the OP was unhappy with his deal. I wonder how many more of their mates will join the forum to make a first post saying how great they are?
Add me to the immature list - thought it must be a more specialised branch of doggers

I hope they do well but they really need to rethink the name. It's hard to say it without a smirk or snigger, and doesn't exude class in a way prestige watch dealer may wish to.
Sadly the name was all I needed to see. The rush to endorse was probably unhelpful.
Sent this over to the guys at wristers, this is the message they’ve sent back as they can’t even sign up or even reply to this thread...
Good evening people of the forum world, this post has been brought to our attention by a friend.
First of all we would like to thank those who have given us glowing references.
We would like to point out that the name is a joke a play on words and if it made you smirk we have achieved our goal. We are definitely not Naive enough to not know what Wristers means, it was chosen intentionally.
Please check out our page and drop us a dm. Hopefully we can do some business and you can draw your opinions from fact not narrow minded snobbery.
Thanks for reading
Wristers of London
Ps this forum takes me back to the early 00s 😂
One of the guys has been on cliosport.net for year’s & regularly posts up the latest watches in stock.
Excellent photos & does some YouTube videos with Luke.
Never heard of them but it’s something I will be looking at now as they seem to get a lot of love on here
Why cant they sign up here??
Genuine chaps. They've been on the Clio sport forum for years, and very active on the watch threads as well.
I'd be confident buying from them.
Crappy company name (the double-entendre is not in the plus column), no prices on the website, favours the use of stupid forum nicknames for models, no info. about the company, only contact no. is a mobile, no physical address...
Apart from the photos it all looks a bit amateurish and wouldn't inspire me to part with thousands of pounds.
Limited stock as well.

They can certainly take a good picture.
''narrow minded snobbery''? All sounds a bit rough and ready to me, but hey they're free to choose their niche
I’m guessing you need to pop to spec savers. There’s a few positive comments in here besides the one from myself.
I’m friends with one of the owners of the Wristers, we do a YouTube channel together.
I’m sure if the moderators would actually let them sign up and actually reply in this forum that they had absolutely no idea existed until today, they would comment themselves.
A lot of very busy people in here that have no experience with dealing with them, or even know of them. Very very strange.
I know the guys have been working very hard to start this, they’ve invested in lots of physical stock, worked hard on photography, branding, website etc they know they’re not completely perfect as it’s an early working progress but they’re honest hard working guys.
Looking at the LV, BLNR and expl 2 on their website no published prices.....that would rule me out straight away, a pet hate of mine.
Strange?
What do you know of the forum - seriously?
Who owns it, who moderates it? (the MODS photo was a joke BTW).
There are members here with far more watches in their collection than your pals are are attempting to sell.
Crack on with your promotion of the 'wristers'.

When you look long into an abyss, the abyss looks long into you.........
Wasn’t a funny joke though was it.
I couldn’t care less who runs it or what watches they have. Bloody lovely for them.
I’m not trying to promote anyone, I was browsing the forum like I occasionally do and noticed the thread started by someone I’ve never heard of. The thread was asking about experiences of a friends business so of course I’m going to comment, same as the other members that have posted about Wristers. Someone asks for experiences, I just bought my OP from them so ergo I typed a message in this thread.
Then you, some weirdo, comes in ranting about how amazing the moderators watch collection is and posting pictures of people on mopeds. As I said you’re incredibly strange.
They have plenty more stock than what’s on a partially completed website, not that it matters if they had watch stock worth a couple of grand versus multiple millions. The question in the OP was in relation to experiences with Wristers of London, of which you have none.
I know plenty of watch dealers who have very limited stock, yet loads for sale on a commission basis, that’s normal and doesn’t make them any less of a decent watch trader.
So I really don’t understand your Willy waving on behalf of who runs/owns this forum really has to do with anything?
You need help. Genuinely.
I’d very much like to know how I’ve blown myself or my friends.
The only negative thing I’ve said apart from commenting on your strange personality is saying the forum looks outdated. Which it most certainly does, if anyone thinks otherwise they’re deluded. Forums are not long for this world sadly, it’s why everyone seems to be slowly going over to the Facebook groups, sad reality but it’s a fact.
Absolutely shocking, how select people have come in here for a bit of keyboard bashing. Trivial in fact.
Who in their right mind would post their valuable watch in advance of payment to such a hitherto unknown, pop up Instagram dealer. Combined with the attitude of its cheerleader I think this one is a definite no-go.
People are trying to tell you that you are harming your mates' business - they are right, you are. I'd stop now if I were you.
I wasn’t going to bite but ok, where on earth is the bad attitude from me?
No one would/should post their watch to a random Instagram pop up dealer. Even normal dealers people are rightly apprehensive about sending something they’ve worked hard for.
Seriously, how on earth am I harming a business I have no involvement in?
There’s a discussion started on a friends business of which I recently purchased a watch from, I then of course posted what I did in this thread and then I’m getting called out for spam and having some randomers arguing with me over it.
Seriously strange.
Anyway, talk about getting off on the wrong foot 😂
If any of you venture away from the forum I’ll be happy to have a beer and a chat at a Redbar.
Peace out TZ, it’s been emotional.
A google search for “wristers of London” throws this thread up as the 4th hit.
Like others have said the lack of pricing and the only contact being a mobile phone number isn’t ideal. But as Ally said the photography is nice. Good luck with it
I'd rather pay twice as much than buy from a company called 'Wristers', and I'm poor.
Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!
