I have gone a little crazy this week but it has certainly cheered me up. Landed very lucky with a few pieces, hopefully this will settle me down for a while!
Anyway, just thought I’d post some photos of what I’ve managed to pick up :)
First in came my Sinn Arktis 203.
My second Arktis and this one is in excellent condition. Such an great watch, the blue dial really changes depending on light conditions. At 41mm it is a real wearable size. Apparently the Arktis can run accurately in temperatures as low as -45*c and is highly water resistant given the screw down chrono buttons.
Then there was the watch I have wanted for a very long time. Thanks to the forum legend (Waser) for making it happen. The Sinn 103 Klassik, is perfection, at least to my eyes. Limited to 500 and again Sinn hasn’t scrimped on technology. 20 bar water resistant, helped again by the screw down pushers certainly make this an all action chrono. Again at 41mm it wears nice on my 6.75” wrist.
Then came the GShock Tron. An unexpected arrival (I was actually after the metallic blue) but I am very pleased nonetheless.
Now these seem a little marmite when I read the forums but in the flesh it’s incredible. Ion plated with a laster engraved grid pattern, what’s not to love. The Bluetooth part is a bit of a waste of time but I love the look of it!
Then a return of my birth year speedy 145.022. I am not sure why I ever let this go really but not to worry I am lucky enough to have it back. The bezel is starting to gently blue and it is a happy medium for me (wearable vintage).
Lastly my Damasko DSub1.
Built from German Sub steel, eta 2824 work horse movement and a 30 bar water resistance, it’s a proper tool watch. This one is 42mm (43mm with the bezel) and from the bezel action to the case, it really is quality! Looks great too. :)
Thanks to Sir Andrew for losing his mind and letting me have it.
Cheers.

Love that Speedmaster with the blue'ish insert. I personally prefer the 70s inserts over the earlier DON ones from the 60s. Very nice indeed.
The panda dial Sinn is gorgeous, all these in a week!
As Mrs W put it on seeing my latest incoming "I don't quite have the same attitude as you to spending money on myself"
Oh, ah!
Lovely Sinns, btw
That’s a fine haul,especially like the Damasko.
That's a cracking selection, and it's always nice to see a G-Shock with the date the right way around
Don't just do something, sit there. - TNH
Very nice! A collection most would be proud of in the space of 6 days. Out of those the Damasko is my fave - amazingly I also like the Tron (I'm not a GShock fan normally).
P.S. If only you'd added another one watch for the symmetry of a 6-day series of new daily arrivals.
Lovely Speedmaster you have there, the insert certainly gives it an extra dimension that many others can’t match.
Oof what a lovely speedie that is... don’t let it go again!
I really like the Sinn Arktis 203 and the Casio, the others are not shabby either.
Some cracking watches there , all very nice additions to your collection
That Damasko & Speedy are

The Arktis and Speedy are very special indeed.
Congrats, some great watches. I really like the Sinn’s.
Blimey that’s a shopping spree and a half, some lovely watches there.
Love the 103 Klassik.
That's what you call a busy week! Particularly like the Damasko.
Amazing! I’m curious what next week will bring ;-)

Quite a haul.
Sinn 103 is the winner for me.
That's not a crazy week of incomings, that's an entire collection in a week! Lovely, particularly the Speedmaster and the DSub1.
Nothing not to like there, Gav. A nice start to a new year!
Mrs G said to me this morning, 'I need to admit I spent 110 quid on a very very small pot of face cream' I saw this as the ideal opportunity to roll up my cuff and say that's OK, I bought a new watch!!
It's all in the timing.
Beautiful bunch of incomings there, the arktis and the speedy are my faves but I wouldn’t sniff at any of them, congratulations on some really classy additions
