While we are on the subject of Timberlands, I’ve never had much trouble with the Made in the Dominican Republic ones either. As long as they are 6 inch heritage premiums. These two pairs are donkeys years old and still going very strong.
I remember buying the burnt orange ones in 2007 for less than £50 in a sale at a shop in the Houston Galleria mall.

Cracking boots, I love my stowes.
My latest addition
Wonder why they didn’t use metal eyelets?

If you're colour-blind & an odd size, AFPOS has a few pairs of Tricker's Stowe at just over £200...

...some Bourtons at under £200 as well.

I bought some Alden Indy boots recently and they are superb, barely need breaking in and as worn by Harrison Ford in the Indiana Jones movies
If you want cheap 6in. Timberlands, look no further than seller 'elitesuperstores' on eBay.
Note that the boots may have storage/handling marks, but the price reflects this.

These are both the ugliest but warmest and most comfortable boots I own:

Another vote for Panama Jacks. Got 2 pairs, one pair gets worn day in day out all winter for several years now. Only a little bit of wear on the heel sole.

I think these are better for £60:

I have a pair too that I bought as winter boots two years ago, with the wool lining as my Red Wings Iron Rangers I normally wear are unlined. The Panama Jack's were immediately comfortable and warm. Only issue was one shoe is a different colour to the other, being light brown when the other is a nice reddish brown, but I had already exchanged a pair for sizing issues so I just couldn't be bothered changing again.

The igloo ones are the warmer ones in my experience they’re the proper linings, aviator are the cheaper version which aren’t as warm
Got a bit muddy on yesterday’s walk but dry feet still
Drakes in London used to stock them, not far from New Bond Street so double jeopardy for a footwear and watch purchase extravaganza.

For those interested in Panama Jack the boots linked below are the ones I’ve had since Nov 17 as my main October through April boots and they are the warmest, driest boots I’ve ever owned.
Those soles are super grippy too, I can walk on icy pavements or slimy yorkshire stone, when everyone else takes to the road.

I’ve been looking a pair of the Galvin shoes for work but unsure if they ship from within the UK or not. Obviously don’t want to get hit with a long delay or worse a customs fee because of you know what!
Thanks but £40 more on Amazon, found the Basic for £90 on there though.Originally Posted by ViperStripes;[URL="tel:5649182"
Worth a punt at £42?
