Meanwhile, I’ve been tucking into these few this evening
Bristol’s Left Handed Giant have had a fantastic year, this is brilliant.

Something thirst quenching first
Just finished up for Christmas so this is the first of many over then next few weeks
A new one for me tonight:
I've always admired St. Austell as a brewery. This isn't bad. For a lager.
TBTL weekend...
Tuesday night AF lager. This is pretty decent actually.
Still one of my favourites. Oh and I really need to tidy my desk. That's a job for tomorrow sorted.

This is my first ever Deya. It won’t be the last - it’s lovely. It’s got a great rounded flavour that is very drinkable. Sad I just bought one can!
My Cloudwater beer says hello to yours:
They are getting a bit expensive now...even with my 25% off! (They have a university/ key worker discount scheme)
My favourite beer of the first lockdown was a Brewdog vs. Cloudwater collaboration.
Tonight I'm on a White Hag which is perfectly drinkable, mainly because I got a good deal on a case, but not outstanding.
SRM one of the best beers ever

I’d love to share my latest wares with you, but the app tells me I’ve reached my picture upload limit again.
So since my last post I’ve enjoyed...
- DEYA’s Something Good 11, a lovely smooth Amber IPA,
- a couple of Double Dry Hopped IPA’s from Poland (Browar Maltgarden and Nepomucen),
- a couple of beers from two London breweries who are new to me, Gravity Well from Leytonstone and Drop Project from Mitcham (both very good showings from first impressions),
- an absolutely outstanding Nitro Stout “Jet Black Heart, Vanilla Oatmeal Milk Stout”,
- an absolutely beautiful West Coast IPA from Duration which perfectly lands the sweet, malty, bitter citrus and piney flavours of California’s best IPA’s, and
- two whopping DIPA’s from Cloudwater and Drop Project/Villages
Cheers y’all, hope you’re all safe and well and enjoying a few beery treats in this frippin’ shyte show.
As an investor I heard about that a week or so ago (it was a one time thing for investors that leaked). They had a bunch of stuff that was supposed to be going abroad but got cancelled buy the buyers.
Ive had quite a few orders recently so let that go. But you’ll have some quality beers there, it was a good time to order from what they had in stock. What did you snag?
Fortune has blessed me with the discovery of another local micro. I had a couple of hours to while away whilst waiting for our youngest at gym class, and spent it exploring the Napoleonic War era Military Ordnance Depot at Weedon Bec. I found Roman Way Brewery in Lot 79, "Making Beer for Centurions and Emperors", and enjoyed a very pleasant chat with the artisans in the tap room.
Don't just do something, sit there. - TNH
My sis in law sent me box of a dozen bottles from Black Sheep. Three each of Milk Stout, Rigwelter, Black Sheep Ale and . . .
F.T.F.A.
Had these last night.
My son set up the barrel over last few days , so we just had to have one to check it’s ok!
Saltaire Blonde

I think that Mr Curta may have had one too many last night, an entire box of Waitrose mince pies has gone missing.
