    Against the massif I don't rate Hawksmoor at all, average food in a noisy hipster setting.

    Best I ever had was Texas Land & Cattle Steakhouse in Dallas, slap bang in cow country.

    God the thought of a Texas ranch steak makes my mouth (and eyes) water! Something hanging off the edge of the plate at both ends please!!
