If it comes with both the leather strap and the bracelet I'd say £3000.
I am thinking of selling my 58 to fund a new watch but need help!
The watch was bought new by me in November 2018. I have worn it a lot but it is in very good condition. Some hairlines on the polished areas but they don’t show up in the images below. Some very light strap changing marks on the reverse of the case. I bought the watch on leather but bought a tudor bracelet brand new from a forum member which is what it would come with. Two of the lugs were re-brushed by a jeweller after my AD had a miss gap with it but I can’t tell the difference aside from the grain not being quite as good as the factory finish. The clasp would be brand new and never worn so no images of that.

On SC, about £2600-2700 (with both straps). £2400-£2500 just on bracelet.
SC value is around £2,500 for a tidy one on bracelet based on recent completed sales including my own minter.
High 2's on eBay to compensate for the potential hassle
The lug re brush may be a factor depending on how well it is blended.
I doubt you will get any near that for a worn 2018 watch on SC. I would expect in the region of £2300 - £2400.
They are certainly not difficult to obtain if you ring round a couple of AD’s.

Maybe when released but this in certainly not the case over the past 12 months.

I’d say a bit lower to be honest - £2,200 to £2,300 ish.
The BB58 is a bit of an oddball when it comes to second hand prices, the hype drives the price up for some people who don’t know where or how to get one from an AD. But if you look around and are prepared to travel a bit it’s actually really easy to find one. Iirc one went on SC last month for £1800 on nato, add a nice Strapcode bracelet and you have a BB58 on bracelet for under £2k.
It will be interesting to see what happens to prices of the gilt 58 when the blue 58 is available.
I speculatively contacted 2 ADs last month expecting nothing and was offered a BB58 on bracelet by one, and bracelet or leather by the other.
Probably deflationary as gilt 58 is readily available new (with a short wait) or second hand. Also demand is shifting toward the blue 58 as it’s the new thing (even if not the better thing)
I’d say £2,000 to £2,400 range seems ok dependant on condition for the steel bracelet version. Knock >10% off for other strap options

OP has SC access so could just do what loads of others do -- wildly overprice and then bump and reduce it for a month or three until it's finally sold.
Approx £2.3k imo.
