Hardly worn over the last couple weeks, so now back ahead of reference time.

At the end of the 5th week, I noticed that I had needed to rest the watch crown up overnight exactly once a week. On average, the watch has spend six days losing each second, and one day catching it back up.
So I've just rested it crown up for ten nights in a row, and it is exactly ten seconds fast:
The idea is that from now to the end of Week 15 (Sun 12 July) I can leave it to do what it wants, and by then it should have lost those 10 seconds and be back to +0. We'll see!
6 week update for the BLNR. Worn everyday and stored crown up over night. It has gained 1'28'' over 42 days giving an improved daily average of 2.10 seconds.
Still bang on the mark for the 2007 Aerospace. Worn on the wrist most days.
After 49 days the Snowflake has gained 17s (started 67s slow, now 50s slow).
First update for 12 days. BB58 still spot on, however the Seiko 5 has now drifted 23 seconds slow.
7 week update for the Timex. It's now running at +4 seconds.
PAM312 now at -95s so -9s over the last 8 days which is slightly better than its long term average of -2spd.

FOIS still at +8s having just been round and not worn since last measured, seems to be spot on if left alone dial up but gains several spd if worn.

I just know my Patek is going to be way off absolute value - it’s gaining +3.x s/d - it doesn’t seem to vary if it’s worn or not. Perhaps second order variance is more the key to chronometer status? I’ll get a picture up at the weekend.
Some interesting results

7 week update for the BLNR. It has gained 1'41" over the last 49 days giving a slightly improved average of +2.06 seconds per day. It seems to perform better when on wrist and stored dial up. One day I didn't wear it and it gained 3 seconds over 24 hours.
8 week update for the Grand Seiko 9F. Still bang on after 56 days.
Having given it 10 seconds to lose over the next 60 days, the OCG has decided to stop losing any. So here it is, 10 seconds fast at the end of Week 8 of 30
(Actually, it lost a second over 6 days, and then gained it back when left alone for 24 hours and the PR had a chance to run down a little)
(Reading posts like this must as boring as listening to other people's dreams, huh?)

8 week update for the BLNR. It has gained 1'55" over the last 56 days giving a slightly improved daily average of +2.05 seconds. To achieve this I have been wearing it for long periods daily and storing in crown up overnight. I have a new watch that is going to take some wrist time off the BLNR so it'll be interesting to see what happens to the time keeping. The expectation is that it will worsen by one second per day to around +3 seconds.
After 63 days the Snowflake has gained a total of 22 seconds (started 67s slow, now 45s slow).
Patek 5146J checking in started on April 1st now
+2m37sec
60 days average of +2.61sec/d
9 week update for the Q Timex. It has gained 5 seconds in the last 63 days.
PAM312 now -115s

9 week update for the BLNR. Worn much less than usual this week it has gained 2' 13" in total over the last 63 days giving a worsening daily average of +2.11 secs.
10 week update for the Grand Seiko. Still bang on after 70 days.
Sorry for the lax checkin with the mighty Landmaster. After 27d it was 7 secs ahead. Now 70 odd days we’re at 21 secs. I suspect that some of the power reserve was lost and it gained a tad more than expected. Still very much acceptable accuracy.

After 70 days, the Snowflake has gained 25 seconds. Started 67s slow, now 42s slow.
Unfortunately my BLNR stopped overnight so is therefore out of the challenge. Thanks to a new mechanical incoming recently the BLNR was having significantly less wrist time over the last two weeks and I was hoping wearing it on the 1.5 hour morning dog walk would keep it going but alas it appears not. On wrist with daily regular wear I was getting between +1 and +1.5 secs per day so within Superlative spec. With less wrist time timekeeping dropped to +3 seconds per day this last week and is out of Rolex's Superlative spec (+/-2 secs per day). Do I have a case to ask for the watch to be regulated (it's well within warranty)?

I'm sorry for the challenge to lose this watch, but I'm glad you did it for long enough to be able to get a really good idea of how it behaves.
For an answer to what the superlative guarantee covers, I reckon a fresh thread would help - I doubt anyone is reading this regularly beyond a dozen of us! (I've a vague memory of reading someone saying that it's as worn regularly, but it was so long ago, I don't trust it at all)
