Favourite tipple these days:
Weekend away in a very wet Windermere. In The Crafty Baa with the biggest selection of beers, ciders and lagers I've seen.
Trying out their own branded Milk Stout.

And now... this.

Another decent pale ale from Cornwall’s finest.
If anyone's up for a challenge... I've started you off with three in Bowness.

A dry, fruity start to the evening, courtesy of Hertfordshire’s Mad Squirrel Brewery.

Bravehop by the Loch Lomond Brewery. Got it in Lidl. Perfectly acceptable!
A new one that I picked up whilst in Rome back in December. Hatori Hanzo from Birrifico Mulkeller, a west coast style IPA. Strong, hoppy, sweet but not too bitter.
And finally today, a very unusual one sent to me by a friend from the US. An IPA brewed with Pecans and Maple Syrup from Decadent Ales in Mamaroneck, New York.
Eyes and tastebuds are confused. The former says it’s an IPA / Pale Ale, the latter say it’s a semi-sour, sweet, cold-pressed stouty thing. Either way, it’s good. Like nothing you’d expect from an IPA, but somehow it works.
When in Rome

Just called in for a quick Black Band Porter at recently opened Kirkstall Brewery’s tap room with Mrs T , will be calling again I would imagine!

Reminds me of Phipps Brewery in Northampton. Went on a tour there for a friends stag do, made a pleasant change from the usual kind of do's. Well worth a look if a group of you fancy a day out. Nice beer as well!

Heck I fancy a beer. But it's a school night. Roll on Friday 6pm!

Crappy 'photo, lovely beer.
Verdant's Headband pale ale for me tonight, lighter in alcohol and strength of flavour than I'm used to as DIPAs and DDHs tend to be my more favoured non-draught tipples however this is slipping down very well. It would make a great session beer which is a bugger as I'm not working tomorrow and I only have the one can.
Headband
@ S Works - not too sure if I'm more jealous about the local beers or the pizza!

Rather inexpertly poured!

I can only applaud the Verdant appreciation, glad there is another disciple here.
In terms of the local beers vs local pizza conundrum, I have to say that one without the other would’ve constituted a gross dereliction of duty to this thread, so you’re excused for appreciating both.
1/2 of Picurd in Jim’s on keg , as it says on the tin , lemony sour , really good!
Then in Town Street Tavern for a couple of these , fruity after taste of blackberry

The Lancaster Black is delicious. Bought it last weekend when we were across in Windermere.

So far tonight, a Manchester double-whammy. Cross Collar West Coast Pale from Marble, which tastes exactly as it says on the tin...
And No.3 in Track Brewing’s birthday editions, a super smooth and fruity IPA.
Nothing touches the sides like a Doombar.
I was at the Ale House last night for a few, they've got Putty on tap so it would have been rude not to
Putty
As it says on the tin , Biscottis with nutty flavours
