Interesting. Its either gold or faux aged lume on the dial. Certainly gold markers on the bezel.
I like the strap/watch combo.
Gold markers on Bezel? New model?

Who’s wrist is it? Is it Craig again?

Perhaps Omega's homage to the old Goldfinger Submariner. Looks like a 007 Seamaster with aged lume and a domed acrylic crystal. An undersized NATO would be a nice finishing touch.
Hmm. SUch a grainy photo I'm not convinced its gold font/aged lume. it may just be the SMP on a fabric strap
Hadn't thought of that...does look a bit small for the current 42mm unless the wrist is huge. Mybe its a new size. hands and dial are SMP, HEV...possibly lyre lugs... case looks SMP to me but its not clear...oh...no date?
Skeleton hands - Milanese bracelet?
I agree re milanaise.

Consensus on the Bond forums is that its a new smaller size and will most likely be a limited edition that will be launched just before the movie like Omega did for SPECTRE
Is there even a date window on it?
Perhaps it's a $10.00 phoney he picked up on his hols?
"Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. The third time it's enemy action."
'Populism, the last refuge of a Tory scoundrel'.
Craig was wearing what looked like some sort of Speedmaster during the announcement interview, but the sound was so awful and the questions so terrible I didn't stick around long enough to get a better look!
Looks like the recently updated SMPc on mesh but looks like a no date version.

There is definitely something above the 6 marker
Meah, IMHO. Typical Omega rehash of an old model. Like an ageing Hollywood starlette looking more hideous after each facelift.

I first thought about the steel and sedna gold bezel version but the outer edge of the bezel, hev and crown all appear steel to me. At most it's the numbers on the bezel that are coloured.
There does look like a triangle something at 6 o'clock but it could be text, co-axial chronometer, 300m/1000ft normally appears there I think.

Yeah def something above the 6 marker
Watch looks quite small also compared to current ones
Guess will be unveiled near end of year as film not out until April 2020
Cant really tell the details from the photo but looks different and exciting nonetheless

I know it’s not but the ‘thing’ above the 6 marker could almost be the Citizen Promaster logo
It looks rather like the new Omega Seamaster 300M Diver Ceramic Titanium : "There’s a ceramic and titanium version, with a larger 43.5mm case (which apparently wears smaller), no date, and hands in PVD-coated titanium. All these tweaks to the norm are because this watch is intended to be more tool-like in its aesthetic. $11,100 AUD"
And the "thing" above the 6 marker on the original post - could it perhaps be a pheon?

I reckon the goldy colour is moonshine 😉
Gray
still too busy for me :(
They used to at one time:
It seems to have been replaced on the dial by the tritium (T) marker by the time the Milsub and others came along.
Could it perhaps be a GMT model - with a short fat, Rolex Exp II style GMT hand?
Or a Lemania 5012 style 24 hour / am/pm indicator?

The Bond watch thing is sooooo old now isn’t it? And the naffest brand association. Just don’t get it. I think I’d avoid anything worn in a Bond movie in case people thought I was playing ‘spy dress up’ every time I put it on!
I think the 60’s Sub thing was done I quite an innocent way with the wrong width NATO strap etc, since then it’s been a bit silly. But clearly some love ‘em?!

I had to google "pheon" and really like the idea with the British military property association.
Its hard to imagine that the movie company would have gone to such lengths and detail though - unless the watch plays a bigger role in the story and has some of Q's 'special features'. I appreciate the commercial benefits of whatever Bond wears though.
[QUOTE=HappyJack;5106019]They used to at one time:
I wasn’t sure if it was only army or the entire MOD supply that had pheon markings.
Guess it was MOD wide then.

It’s been a sign of state property for hundreds of years.

First proper Bond 25 teaser on 007.com
Looks pretty stylish. Have faith Fukunaga is going to deliver something better then recent ones!
I met his body double on FRiday and a ciuple of weeks before - as well as the rest of the stunt crew - HE doesn't wear an omega.... lol.
If The Blond Scouser's almost total transformation into Sid James doesn't mean Bond 25 is called Carry on Bond, I shall want to know the reason why.

A spy wearing a clearly identifiable item associating him with a national government sounds like a good idea.
Yes it does , sporting an expensive timepiece really helps with the anonymous part.
But would a spies foes initially associate Omega with the British Government?
More to the point , what watch brand would a spy choose for no affiliation to any particular government? Casio , Sunnto or something even more non-descript?
