I thought they all came with 2 straps and screwdriver, happy to be corrected though.
My 312, 580 and 692 all came with these.

Was there an edict by Panerai to stop supplying the rubber straps with the box sets? I've noticed on models like the 560 and 562 the older versions have a rubber strap and screwdriver but the newer versions seem to to have this. Is anyone able to confirm please?

Recent 721 did not but more recent 779 did...
I always thought they include extra rubber on 44mm luminor models
They don't include anything on smaller luminor, radiomirs and due (why bother,it only has 30m wr)
My new 1380 came with a rubber and leather strap :-) Though the watch went straight onto a Toshi!! lol!!
AFAIK rubber used to come as standard on the 44mm submersibles along with the fabric strap with Velcro closure.
Never seen a radiomir on a rubber strap, and any I have had came with only the OEM strap

AFAIK wire lug radiomir never come with rubber, even the LE with humongous box don't come with extra accessories other than the parchment(s) (as seen on 232,339,448,449)
Not sure about the rad 1940 though since I've never bought one
Submersible 44mm and arktos came with spare velcro strap
47mm submersible came with extra kevlar dive strap with huge titanium buckle
Keep in mind that Panerai rubber only came in 3 general sizes (lugs/buckle) 22/20 24/22 26/22
