    Waze definitely!

I come across DuoLingo last week. A comprehensive, free App that helps you to learn new languages. It even has Welsh, I may give it a bash! From the ten monites i haven spent on using it the app looks very promising.

Still better than a slick looking map that doesn't reflect the very latest traffic conditions.

This ^^^ I've tried Waze a couple of times and invariably go back to Google maps.
