The funniest bit was standing in quite a busy terminal (I believe Saturday is the big day in Fuerteventura) and taking photos. Obviously passers by were looking, and trying to see what was so interesting.
I am sure that none of them could see anything worth a photograph! Lol
Sadly long time gone....
All gone.

Not new, but can’t imagine how any other watch could offer more VFM...
unlike father & son

The only suggestion I could put forward is the same but with the bracelet?
I paid £108 for this from Amazon back in March, and have been so pleased with it. The casework is especially good, and there's nothing about the watch that you have to overlook. The shape hugs the wrist nicely, and the weight always feels well-balanced.
Found this one at the bottom of a drawer yesterday: it was one of my Dad's beaters and looks like it did indeed take a beating. Started right up though. The dial actually has a bit of a sunburst effect to it, but it doesn't show in this quick shot.
I'm tempted to get the crystal on it changed, although I suspect that's only going to be remotely economical if I attempt it myself.
The serial starts with a "5", so I take it this is either a 1985 or possibly 1995 model, given the 7S26A came out in '96 from what I can tell.
Recently started getting back into watches (and this forum) and Seiko in particular.
This morning's arrival is a new J PADI mini-Turtle from Gnomon.
Next up will likely be a SNE498P1 black/gold solar Tuna.

Year and month of my marriage, July '84.
Lovely Photos S.L .. :-)
Just taken delivery of this new 1978 Tuna re-issue and it's everything I hoped it would be and more. Real quality, solid and large but light being titanium.
Really chuffed to get one as I always regret stupidly selling my 600m gold Tuna some years back
Reference is S23626J1 (SBBN040) - 7C46-0AL0

Just arrived today - turtle, grey starburst dial...
Popped it onto a Strapcode super oyster, and now waiting on the blacked-out ceramic bezel I have ordered

Today I picked up this rather rare Seiko 200m Professional orange dial 7548-701A from 1984. These were produced only for about one year before Seiko introduced the 7c43's... took some time to find one but finally it's on my wrist:
Now on z199 bracelet
