This is great - superb location and quality. The beauty is - close to Bala (National water centre for canoeing whitewater rafting), close to Snowdonia if you want some walking/ziplining etc but, best of all, it's a collection of cottages and houses so you're not in one another's faces all the time unless you want to be (2,4,6,8+ sleeping).

Just to clarify The Peak District is just a bit north of Watford and just below Scotland and just about as far away from the sea that you can get.
