It's depressing and promising at the same time too.
isn't it?
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
It's depressing and promising at the same time too.
It's like a box of chocolates... A couple you really like then the rest of it a mire of rubbish that you persist with and hate yourself for.
I guess.
Hard to see one for the other at times though.
It's just a matter of time...
It can be serene then frustrating.....
Unless you have great sadness you cannot appreciate the basic simple beautifull things in life
But things will never be the same again

Creation and destruction oft walk hand-in-hand.
Life is love: ruthless and totalitarian.
Hopefully the highs outweigh the lows and the lows make the highs more appreciated.
... and everything in between.

after all, when you think about it, life is an STI.

I think that the more capacity a person has to feel despair, the more they have to feel elation.
If you think of a graph, with +10 being the happiest any human being can ever be and -10 being the most depressed one can be, the majority of people generally hover between +5 and -5.
There are a rare few of those who climb to +10 - but it usually comes from an appreciation of life's wonders that can only come from the realisation of -10 misery at some point in their lives.
A lot of the (usually management-level) "lm a glass half full" people will often think theyre at +10, but in reality does not possess the imagination to exceed +/-5.
This is contrasted by the depression and elation that both blights and blesses many geniuses.
Edit: To be honest l think that the first two lines of my post would have done just fine - everything after that is just a scratch on the surface of the subject.

I know. Or genius.
As l said, the first two lines would have sufficed - l would have to write an essay to tie up the loose ends that the rest of my post has created.
I stand by my statement that, generally, the more capacity a person has to feel despair, the more they have to feel elation.
Sweet and sour for sure.

Some say life is not a journey but like a piece of music, to be played.
I think somebody famous said those :-)
