Just starting and rear extension in the next few weeks and need to source a couple of large electrically operated rooflights for the flat roof.
I’m drawn to Velux, but only because there the only company Ive heard of.
Any other recommendations for quality rooflights?
Thanks in advance.

Can't add anything useful I'm afraid. I'm here as I thought you were talking about a new Australian airline.
I'll get my coat.

Thought this was a thread about flying to Australia
We have 7x Keylite in our house. They've been faultless for 3 years.
We just added a solar powered blind to one, as it was out of reach for a normal blind.
Not cheap, but works well.
We’ve got the electric velux ones with rain sensors they’ve been superb and close automatically when it rains which is handy because the non electric ones we have elsewhere are always forgotten about .
We had some manual velux ones fittted been fine.
Mistake we made was not going for the electric opening ones.
Hence now there hardly ever open Cus we have to fetch the steps from the garage
Think it was only about £50per unit dearer as well.

Check out a company called EOS. amazing modular kit if you're covering large spans (4m plus)
Extending pole works a treat even on the huge ones.
Makes opening the vents a dodle.
Wonder if There’s a way of making the manual ones auto ?
You can stick these onto them

This company sells electric openers or manual screw jacks and the winding handle to open and close them- only other place I saw them was in my old school to open up big windows.
