Put my 6309 on a strapcode yesterday, not sure if I'm honest (I was convinced it was the way to go) thoughts anyone?
The rubber (flat vent) is too long but very comfortable and looks good
gorgeous but lasted only a day. Too big lug to lug (pic next to a black bay to illustrate). So it's gone. Incoming sand outgoing in 24 hours lol

Just pressed BUY for the first time in over 15 months....and it's far from spectacular.
Over the last year I've got used to wearing a 42mm watch most the time, and I've also, finally, got used to wearing one of my watches on a bracelet. I've been wondering how I would feel about combining the two, wearing a 42mm watch on a bracelet, and this seemed to be a nice straightforward way of finding out:
42mm, 49mm L2L, 12mm thick, 100m WR
My expectation is that while I'll be happy with it in principle, as a beater I'll find it a bit too big. Only one way to find out, and if I don't get on with it, I'm sure SC will take it off my hands without much bother
Image not coming through properly, anyway it's a Sinn 103

I have one of these and find it to be the perfect day-to-day beater. A nice size, good looking, inexpensive Seiko that happily deals with the harsh office environment. It has picked up a few scratches, including the hardlex crystal, but it's cheap enough that I'm not too precious about it. I have a replacement sapphire for it, but as yet haven't bothered to fit it.
Wasn't really supposed to be buying. But.... I got it for a decent price. chocolate was free

Mondia Top Second, with "flashing" mechanical seconds
Nacken Modern blue incoming, hoping April, is it wrong that I'm looking at other watches and I am tempted to pull the trigger? lol

Apologies for photo skills
The watch deserves better
After one of these for a while and a big thanks to Alan for this fine example.

They are superb watches, but the prices have gone nuts in recent times. 2/3 years ago they were around Ł7.5k and a bit more for the rail dial, but good examples are into the teens these days.
Yours looks a stunner, great dial, matching hands and perfect insert and crystal. A keeper?
Two new incomings for me this week, and my first Seiko’s

And second up. For anyone who has a doubt about GS, don’t the quality is superb (unlike my photography which does it no justice)

There's a thread in the Zeno forum about this one. Manual wind version.
Very sweet little (37mm) watch

Look at how two little bulges encroach on the 5 and the 6.
Right now I'm suspecting that I'll put up with it - it's not a watch for gazing at longing anyway, and they don't catch my eye - I have to go looking for them. And at least the ring is correctly aligned.....
I thought the same when I first saw it, but then thought they were just reflections of the numbers appearing to make the circle of the chapter ring bulge in, rather than being an actual bulge?
Not a fan on the way it's so close to the 5 6 and 7 though. Definitely bulged?
Latest arrival - Seiko SBDB013 Spring Drive Tuna, it will be going on the striped NATO in the background later.

This little beauty, a Precista PRS-17C. Loving the Lemania 5100 chronograph in quartz form.
