The wifes 7546-7000 on a cheapo china mesh,
A recent arrival.
One very solid watch-piece!

This is a January 1979 model.
I love my SUN019. I have four straps for it, the stock bracelet, a Strapcode Super Engineer II, a Seiko silicone dive strap and a black & bead-blasted Zulu and it looks a different watch with each strap.
It's cheap enough to wear every day without having to baby it yet hefty enough (especially with the SEII) to feel reasuringly expensive, if you get what I mean.
The Kinetic rotor makes it feel more "alive" than my mechanical watches and the accuracy is fantastic.
I hope you get as much satisfaction wearing yours as I do mine.

In my opinion, the stock bracelet is the least flattering, it makes the case look quite, I don't know, kind of bulbous due to the curved end-links, plus the fact it tapers quite a bit to the clasp. Other straps expose the lugs and slim it down a little, especially the SEII & the Zulu as they don't taper at all.
I do have big wrists so this (and my newly acquired SRPA81J) finally looks like I'm wearing a "normal" sized watch, rather than one that I've stolen from kid.
2 examples of a SII handed to the staff working at SII, one of which is NOS.
Turtle PADI, the only true PADI for me.

With a case to die for that shows the essence of Grand SEIKOs “grammar of design”. Hi-beat and GMT for versatility. The gold rotor means it’s bought at the factory, the only place where you can buy a GS with the gold rotor with the “Shizuki-Ishi high end watch studio” inscription.

LE from 2015 with the best modern case ever made by GS, just look at those lugs, pure love, and once you notice that there’s no glass ring you’re hooked. The blued seconds hand is also lovely and the high gloss polished hands match the dial well.

The need for a diver can’t be denied! LE, first ever Prospex GS, He-safe, titanium, badass, the lugs, the dial. Bought this one on a whim, a little too big on paper but perfect IRL since it’s only 51mm lug2lug.
Wow that dial is stunning. You have me wanting one now
Mini-Grail for me arrived today. Couldn't be happier and looks great on the strapcode oyster IMO.
My 033 Tuna, Strapcode End Mill bracelet & Marinemaster clasp
And on it's excellent OEM silicone rubber strap
SKX009 with aftermarket domed sapphire crystal & dark blue Bonetto Cinturini 284 strap
Despite being huge on paper, the 300m Tuna isn't as big as you'd think
The following two I no longer own having moved them on to pastures new. The Black Monster was my 1st Seiko & 1st mechanical watch
And the Spork, which you don't see a lot of. The glass got scratched while wrestling like a big eejit with the dog. Had red seconds hand fitted at the same time as getting the glass replaced. I liked it at the time, looking back at the photo now - the more mature me would prefer the white original.
Picked up my first ever SKX007 yesterday
Bought from Costco online. I must say I was impressed with it in the flesh.

Loved my first step into seiko a few months ago, looking into a second one in the not too distant future. Maybe a sarb033 or another diver

Seiko Landmaster. 1995.
Got to love the tritium dial on this. Still glows brightly 22 years on. Now fitted with 6 month capacitor.
Lovely thing.

Bit difficult to get lume pics with an iPhone Baz !
Hello all, here's my first post, my SKX007K2 on a Strapcode Super Jubilee with the original Seiko hollow end links. The solid ones that came with the bracelet are quite ugly in my opinion. I've had the watch since May 2014 and it's never missed a beat and still looks very tidy. These are definitely built like a tank!

Polar Pogue -
I built this out of my spares for a bit of fun but it will probably be harvested for movement parts in the near future. The dial is an aftermarket Helmet dial, hands are original Helmet relumed in white/blue, a/m chrono hands and an a/m inner bezel in white. The inner bezel is a strange one as we all know Pogue's never came with a white inner bezel unless it was heavily faded, but this one is actually yellow/orange that's been painted white on the top surface. I have no idea what they were trying to copy but at least it's allowed me to build this mod
