Yep, for me that doesn't work at all.
A few weeks ago I (for some reason that now escapes me) I thought the Tuna would look good on a purple alligator so I ordered one.
Now that it has arrived I'm wondering if I'm actually brave enough to wear it in public.
Yep, for me that doesn't work at all.
I think you need to ensure that your frock doesn't clash with it............
Al. ;)
Interesting but I'd be careful where I wore it in public.
Jeepers.
There are watches that really suit a bold approach. That isn't one of them.
Crikey.
Yes.....
When you look long into an abyss, the abyss looks long into you.........
I think that its a nice strap but it really doesn't work with that particular watch. The main problem is there is no complementary colour on the dial to tone with it.
Always good to experiment though!
YES! Sorry, just shouting over your shouting and the loudness of the strap :p
Brave but not for me...
Sod it. I would.

That's not a combo you see everyday
Live & learn
I can just see you wearing this on your moped feeling the breeze on your mangina
its its a NO from me!!!
mike
Yes. Leather on a diver?!
"A man of little significance"
Maybe to wear to an underwater Prince tribute concert, but that's about it.
Actually I quite like it! Wear it in good health :D
What on earth were they feeding the gator.
It sort of works, get it worn, should get noticed!
Now I can only picture you like this:
Java has some shoes to go with it.
Yes, to be honest, that is a tad controversial. ;)
Honestly, too much conservatism here :)
Purple and black look great together, on a man or a woman. Just need the right outfit and accessories.
If you wear that to your work they'll send you straight to Argos to work the Elizabeth Duke stuff.
In fact, is the Swatch shop still open on Princes Street?
In days gone past we had a rather obsequious Head of Legal who had a thing about purple. If I remember correctly he used to enjoy telling the girls in archives about his penchant for spending his evenings at home wearing nothing under a purple cloak.
**shudder**
I don't remember whether he wore a Tuna though.
Yes the Swatch shop is still there (near boots)
You would be supprised, one thing that you can guarantee about the Tuna is that people find it interesting.
I wore it to Basel this year and at the Rolex and Patek dinners it was the only watch other people on the tables wanted to see.
Oh the watch is great, it's just THAT strap!!
I often see photos and know they're yours before I see your username, you're a chap of impeccable taste... which makes that strap all the harder to accept!
