The daily.
And if work allows.
Nice. Who are you using for the bits?
When I used to convert vans a few years ago, I used to use these people;

Austop for my roof
Lakeland windows for the windows
Evodesign for my units
The bed from a local comany
D&G upholstery for the seats and bed
The rest of the work will be done by me and stuff like the fridge and fiamma will be bought from whoever does the best price at the time. I'll check them out though.
Currently an Audi A4 avant s line quattro, very nice and comfy. Would like to upgrade to a S4 avant in the nearish future though
The big plus for me was the Q7's engine and mine is only the 218ps. It still pulls like a train and is good for 40+mpg on a run.
It is the most comfortable, quietest and smooth motor I have even driven and tech is amazing. The interior feel and quality is streets ahead of the RR as is the tech and the horizontal lines to the dash really makes the lump feel saloon like, it does not pretend to be a big SUV/RR.
Only down side is it is not most attractive thing to look at but you don't have to look at it when driving around.

The one on the left ! probably the best allrounder I have ever owned ...

Bought a Marcos GTS turbo straight from the Marcos stand at London Motor Show in 1997. Met Jem Marsh, founder of Marcos, that day. Kept it for ten years, then bought a new AM Vantage Roadster in 2007. Kept that until a month ago, when I at last bought a Lambo, which I've wanted since I was 7 and saw one in a film on tv. Loving it. All three cars shown in the photos below.

Just replaced my 1.8 SLK Mercedes, with the 3.5 V6 SLK. Will pick it up on Thursday and have a few hours journey home on some of the best driving roads in the UK. Must remember to pack my scissors, combs, brushes, hairdyer etc (just get that in before anyone else feels the need.).

My wife answered a facebook post saying one was going for free in Geneva due to the buyer being refused any form of trade in despite buying a new one at the Garage.
I thought it was a joke, but 5 minutes later got a call from a lovely lady saying that it was mine to collect.
Although it has become a "vomet comet" thanks to my 2 year old it really is a great car.
Recent acquisition, getting used to the turbo, but first impressions are encouraging
Sold this yesterday
and picked up this
and picking up something else on Friday.

Whole chunks of my life come under the heading "it seemed like a good idea at the time".
Its Metallic Black with Cream leather. TVR was Crystal Topaz with Portland Grey.
I was at the NEC Classic Car show and saw a few Tuscans, nice but did no elicit the ache that was fully expecting.
I have rationalised it that if I have a nice car every 4 years I only have a max of 10 "punch card strikes" left, which isn't a lot seeing what is out there!
It is wildly unsuitable for my life with young baby and would never be used. I get precious little time at the moment anyway, why would I want to force myself to choose between being with my wife and Child or in my "fancy" car.
I live in SW London and its hours before anywhere intresting is, so maybe if I lived in the country I would have kept it, but even then a TVR Cerb, Maser 3200, cheap 911 would still have been better as it could have been pushed into short trips 3 up etc.
I haven't got many pics as my Garage is tiny and I struggle to get it in so thats being extended. once that happens I will geta detailing world before and after style shoot up here!
