thinking of getting this as a second, daily-ish watch
My very first Seiko!
Bought to fill a 36000 vph gap in my collection until I can get the funds together for a hi beat GS.

I took the plunge and went down to one watch for every use (in addition to the family heirloom Seiko 7000-8000) and I've not looked back. I absolutely love this watch and just freshen it up my switching between the bracelet, DAL1BP and various natos:
....and the two together:

I am fairly sure that it will be Seiko. It certainly has a Seiko buckle and although he liked his watches I can't imagine my old man swopping the buckle onto another bracelet.
It is possibly the most comfortable watch to wear that I have.
You need to have at least one seiko, I mean, you don't need to really, but I would not be without one
That would make it a July '73(?) 7005 - 7130
I have been wearing this beauty the last few days as I put it up for trade and wanted to check the timing.
But as usual I am thinking that I should keep it now.

Seiko SNN079P2 on a soft leather strap. One of the most comfortable watches I own.
